I'm glad I chose this office!

I wouldn’t recommend this dental office to my worst enemy. They are financially motivated and that’s it. They are not standing by anything they told my husband, when i questioned why this information isn’t documented somewhere I was told by someone named Carly “they don’t do that, you weren’t at the appointment and neither was I”. You obviously don’t document things so you can’t be held accountable when something happens. If someone is coming to your office complaining of pain for a procedure that you did, don’t you think you would do an x-ray to determine the root cause of that issue? They never offered an X-ray or addressed the issue, they didn’t even try to figure out what was going on. Fast forward a bit, after an appointment at my husband’s regular dentist office he was referred to a specialist, and that tooth has to be removed now!!! Extremely negligent care from the dentists at this office. I wouldn’t allow them to put a bandaid on me let alone do dental work.

Went in for the first time the other day. They were super nice and thorough with everything. Barely had a wait and they helped with my son who I had to bring with me who is only 3 yo. So far, I love it and helps that it is right behind my house.

Amazing staff, got me in super quick as a new patient. Very attentive and knowledgeable. I got lucky finding them, don't hesitate! Clean office, great location, expectable pricing.

I was very happy with the cleaning that I received during my first visit. However, I don't like that my next cleaning appointment was cancelled the day before my appointment. I booked that appointment back in November and was advised that I'd have to wait one month and a half for a new appointment. Not cool at all. Sometimes I wonder if its because I refused to buy dentures through them. They kept emailing and emailing about it but I decided to go elsewhere.

I am so glad I found dr.Fetters! I have a long history with dental anxiety, she is patient and explains everything to you. I am in the middle of quite the dental journey. I highly recommend! From the front desk, hygienists, assistants everyone is super nice!
