Terrible administration
I had physiotherapy with Lake Therapy some months. I was quite impressed with it, particularly with the therapist, Jack. Since I was not able to continue my treatment as I was spending time away from Farnham, I enrolled for their GRO online prograsmme. I had numerous problems with the website and so much frustration when the videos jumped back to the beginning all the time that I asked Lake Therapy to cancel my membership and payments. There was no response despite my phone calls asking to cancel the subscription. Their administration is so appalling that eventually I phoned my bank who told me that they had at last refunded my last payment. Typically, they did not let me know. I would never deal with them again as the admin staff do not treat customers with the respect one expects - totally unprofessional.

I’ve had a small shoulder issue since September last year. After months of hoping the issue would go away with no luck, I was highly recommended to use Lake Therapy and it was the best decision I’ve made. For nearly 5 months I have been seeing Jack Bowden and he has worked wonders with my shoulder. He is extremely thorough and friendly, and definitely knows his stuff. After a few sessions my shoulder felt brand new, and the continued sessions since have helped build back that confidence in using it properly again in the gym / work etc.
The reception staff are amazing too, very friendly and helpful, and always welcome you with a smile. The coffee they offer you is also one of the nicest I’ve ever tasted.
Definitely feel like a valued member of the Lake Therapy family, thank you!

I recently had treatment with Nipun at Lake Therapy and he was absolutely brilliant! Really knew his stuff and helped me so much in just one session. My movement after the 1hr session was great.
I’ve been coming to Lake Therapy for years and I normally see Kat (who is equally brilliant), but Nipun was a fabulous alternative.
No hesitation in recommending Nipun (or Kat for that matter)!

Milli at Lake Therapy
I've been having severe problems with my right arm and shoulder for some time, and my wife recommended that I came along to see Milli, who I've now been seeing for several months. Milli is extremely knowledgeable and I felt able to trust her care and her recommended development routine. I have been benefiting greatly from her physiotherapy, bright and enthusiastic personality, and thought-through exercises. My shoulder problems are now nearly a thing of the past!

Great physio
I have been seeing Milli for a few months now and definitely feel I am making progress although I am waiting to see a gp to see if I have arthritis which unfortunately even her magic hands won’t be able to cure. Milli is helping me correct my posture through massage and exercises. My lower back, hip area and glutes are all improving. I always look forward to my appointments despite the short term discomfort as she works on some muscles, as she is such a bubbly, bright and friendly young woman. I can throughly recommend her at Lake Therapy as well as the lovely reception team who greet everyone with a smile.

I have been coming to Lake therapy for a number of months and am consistently impressed by the friendliness of the staff, their flexibility (appointment changes) and therapeutic knowledge. I have a relatively complex physio issue and Ramona listened, understood and summed up the issue perfectly and then created a plan to help me achieve my goals.
Highly recommend.

I’ve been seeing Milli for a few weeks now, she’s really helped me with a work- related lower back issue. She is always happy and friendly, which to my mind is just as important as her obvious competence as a physiotherapist.

I have bin seeing jack now for over a year and have felt the benefits of such a brutal physiotherapist! At the start I had constant pain in my lower back and hips were out! With jacks magic hands I have not only grown a few inches but I can exercise with no pain and I’m confident to carry out my day to day job! Highly recommend lake therapy they also are a great coffee stop (free) with every visit and a chat with the great ladies in reception. What’s also great is they get university students in that are in the last year of their degree to gain experience so give free massages to members.

I went for a sports massage today not knowing who I'm going to see. I met Giff and he was brilliant . He was thorough , professional and made me feel comfortable throughout my session .I found that the massage itself had immediate benefits in terms of reduced discomfort, something I had not really expected. I came away feeling great . I would definitely recommend him and feel confident that anyone who went to see him would benefit as I have done. Thank you Giff!

I started seeing Jack at Lake Therapy last year to help with persistent lower back pain. He fully explained his diagnosis and proposed treatment plan and with his help my back pain is now virtually gone and I feel I am able to manage any small flare ups myself. Jack and the Lake Therapy team are professional, friendly and clearly committed to helping their patients. I would recommend them to anyone! Thank you Jack!!
