I established care and we talked extensively about a low-risk medication I was taking during the initial appointment. Then, when I called a couple months later to get a refill on the prescription, the staff claimed it was necessary for me to schedule a physical in order to get the refill. I thought the demand was ridiculous, and it left me feeling the clinic prioritizes billings over appropriate patient care.

I have been seeing Christie schoppe for 20 years. She is wonderful. She listens patiently, welcomes questions, and is genuinely concerned about her patients wellbeing. The nurses and staff are all friendly and nice.

This is my second time for an appointment at Lake Grove Family Medical. I was in for some blood work. The reception area had been refreshed since I had been there last. The office staff was friendly and helpful. The nurse was great and I will be there next week to see my provider.

The in person providers seem good but the overall experience is bad. Despite changes to some staff last year they are still often condescending. Their prescription refill process is frustrating, ineffectual and slow. Cannot recommend them.
