If only I Saw Omer Jemal's review before visiting, I wouldn't have gone to their Ngong road Greenhouse branch. The roughest female Dentist I've ever come across in my entire dental visits. She reminded me of those NyamRerwas in the village... Three days after kungolewa jino and a permanent filling but I'm still in pain unlike my previous experiences😞. My tongue and Jaws still hurts, my mouth is itchy 🤕🤕. I honestly canNOT recommend this place to anyone who needs a good service. The only good experience I had was at the reception from their very friendly receptionist but Huko ndani ni kama Slaughter house. Never Ever😞😭🤕

They made a mess in my tooth, cut my gum or tissue, had to bleed and stop extracting the tooth, was bleeding all night, next day doctor started with me isn’t available when she promised to be there, a mess, and now I’m left with nerve inflammation I barley sleep at night and they still can’t diagnose the inflammation and ask you to fix all teeth so it can be profitable. My worst dental experience ever . Unprofessional

The professionalism and friendliness of the whole team is outstanding. I’ve been going with them for a complicated process and then for keeping up and cleaning. Every visit is like visiting friends . .let's talk of dentist, she is excellent . She took the time to explain every procedure she was doing. For example, when my mom's teeth removal and replacement, . The Dr .was very supportive, and thorough when explaining the process. (Am happy my mom can smile again)She is a professional and has a naturally lovely personality. I would recommend Lake dental clinic to everyone. They have the best dentist !
