Estuvimos en una comunión. La comida espectacular con sus entrantes que fue una maravilla. El servicio iba un poco lento pero supongo porque había otra comunión.

Magnífico lugar y entorno. Todo exquisito. La diferencia la marca la persona que atiende. Con la srta FINA el trato y el servicio son de DIEZ. Es un sitio que frecuentamos en familia y merece muy mucho la pena disfrutarlo.

Pedimos una Carne madurada de más de 70€kg y nos la cargaron de sal a más no poder. Más a ya de una pequeña disculpa de un camarero amable y joven, no nos sustituyeron la carne y tuvimos que pedir 3 botellas de agua para combatir la sal y además no tuvieron el detalle de invitarnos alguna de las botellas por las molestias ocasionadas Por lo menos por quedar bien. Habíamos estado anteriormente y volvimos con mucha ilusión para celebrar un cumpleaños, no volveremos. Para una ciudad vacacional se puede optar por otro tipo de gastronomía más económica.

I went with some friends and had the tasting menu nr. 2. The food was alright, although the paella was way too heavy on the fish stock, but other than that we were happy with the meal. However, when we got the bill they tried to charge us for the water, which was quite expensive and supposed to be included in the menu, and for bread and aioli that we did not order. When confronted about this they were nice enough to drop the water charge, but the manager was aggressive and yelled about the bread without budging. I would not go again.

Upon arrival, we were immediately impressed by the restaurant's elegance. The stylish table setup and sophisticated atmosphere painted the picture of a truly high-class experience. While the food, especially the five-course set menu we opted for, had its highlights, our overall satisfaction with the cuisine was mixed. The appetizers were merely adequate, falling short of our expectations and failing to set a promising tone for the meal. However, the steak and fish we ordered were perfect, demonstrating the kitchen's ability to deliver on some fronts. Unfortunately, our experience with the paella was far from satisfactory. Those of us who chose it found it so lacking that half of it remained untouched. When we voiced our concerns to the staff, we were met with the claim that it was "the best paella in Alicante," a response that felt dismissive. Our dining experience was further marred by a couple of incidents involving unexpected charges. First, despite the menu clearly stating "Water included," we were initially charged €15 for water. Only after we complained was this charge reluctantly removed. This situation was compounded by an incident involving an unrequested serving of bread. The bread was served to us before our meal began, without our solicitation. Upon receiving the bill, we were surprised to find a charge for the bread. When we attempted to dispute this, the manager, visibly angry and aggressive, refused to listen to our reasoning. Pointing to the menu statement "bread not included," he insisted on charging us €11.90 for something we never ordered in the first place. This not only felt inappropriate but significantly detracted from the sophistication and class the establishment purported to maintain. In light of these experiences, I must rate this restaurant one out of five stars. The combination of subpar customer service, the mixed quality of the food, questionable handling of our complaints, and forced charges for unsolicited items, compounded by the manager's surly and aggressive demeanor, leaves me with no choice but to recommend against dining here. For a place that exudes such elegance and class, one expects a smoother overall experience, particularly in terms of communication and transparency regarding additional costs.
