The staff at wholehealth pharmacy are extremely knowledgeable, kind and patient. Very pleasant experience especially when I was not feeling well. The staff here made me feel at ease with my prescription consult and happily answer my questions and concerns.
Definitely recommend this place and I will continue supporting this small local business. What a gem to have in Ladysmith.

I have Shingles and suffered through it before I went to see Shabnam at Ladysmith Whole Health Pharmacy. She was so very sad that I did not know that Pharmacists can assess and prescribe for minor ailments. I need not to have needed to suffer as much. I am posting this so that citizens can know we can get an assessment from Shabnam.
As she said, do not let weeks pass before you have her look at the rash or any tingling that may appear. You can go at any time, without an appointment, and Shabnam will assess your symptoms and help with a path to health. Please do not delay like me – go to see Shabnam. Protect your loved ones if you think you have symptoms.

The Pharmacist and her team went above and beyond to get me my medication when I was almost out and had another pharmacy screw up my prescription, on a statutory holiday weekend no less!! I highly recommend Wholehealth and look forward to visiting again.

I love the prices and how friendly the staff are. I also enjoy the fast friendly service and the free cookie as well.
Not smelling fragrances of other retail products is a huge draw for me as I'm sensitive to scents.
Never big line ups like the other pharmacies.

Best pharmacist I have ever had! And Shabnam really cares about you and your family.
Shabnam always goes above and beyond to help and always returns my calls or texts.
In addition, their dispensing fees are lower as are their overall prices.
Highly recommend them.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff with great service! I've had no problems with getting prescriptions filled here, and received both flu and covid shots in the fall with no issues. As a retired public health nurse, I know what constitutes a good injection, and Shabnam did a great job!

I feel very blessed when I get this compliment from nurses, I feel you are so trained to inject and can inject even in the dark. I on the other hand take my time, say a prayer and change the needle from the one I pulled the vaccine with and have to focus!

Don't go here!! I booked a COVID booster for the husband and I. It was booked on line. When we arrived, we were informed that there would be a 10 min wait, after 45 min I advised them we had other things to do and places to be. They said 5 more min. 10 min later the pharmacist (who seemed bored and uninterested) came in, he didn't put on gloves and gave me a shot. When he grabbed the bandaid he couldn't locate the shot location and just stuck the bandaid on in the area. This is unacceptable behavior for a medical professional. We are sooo angry about this experience. The only reason they got one star is because I can't give Zero Stars

Always treated like a valued human being, not just a customer whenever I come in. The staff here are knowledgeable, friendly, and value you for the individual you are with your specific needs, be it medication or chocolate. They also take the stress out of prescription refills, contacting other pharmacies or your family doctor for you, seriously going above and beyond what's expected.

I have dealt with other pharmacies.. But this one, this one, is the only one I will go to from here on in. The owner, Shabnam, is caring, knowledgeable, and friendly..The staff is top notch. Shabnam truly cares about a persons health and gives only excellent advice.. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

Ladysmith Wholehealth Pharmacy has been an absolute saviour. The service is amazing, and Shabnam, their pharmacist is incredibly knowledgeable. She has helped me with some medication adjustments that have dramatically improved my respiratory health. She takes the time to listen and work for your health and wellness. All the staff are so great. So glad they opened in town.
