I bought from this place 5 months later still waiting for a small repair. My repair person has the items states they will come often and never shows up. I am so disappointed in this company. Hortencia I have left you several messages and am filling an official complaint with the better business bureau. I may even take it to small claims court. I guess it has to be this way.

Horrible Company Review of LA Carpet - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY If I could give zero stars, I would. LA Carpet completely butchered our master bathroom remodel, and the entire experience was a nightmare from start to finish. The quality of work was embarrassingly poor, the communication was nonexistent, and when I reached out repeatedly to have their mistakes corrected, they ignored and ghosted me entirely. Here's just a glimpse of what we went through: The shower control was installed in the wrong place, even after clear instructions -- permanently ruining the layout. The shower tile was covered in grout haze, which I spent hours scrubbing myself because no one from LA Carpet would take responsibility. The shower door doesn't even close properly, and the plastic trim is already falling apart. The shower grout is already missing in several areas, only weeks after completion. The bathroom floor was supposed to be leveled -- I had to fight them just to get it done, and it's still not level. There's a Sharpie mark left on the tile, glue residue, and caulking smeared all over the floor and trim. The baseboards move, weren't caulked or leveled, and the drywall was left with holes, uneven texture, and sloppy finishing. Even the metal trim in the shower isn't straight -- it's visibly crooked and not at 90° angles as agreed upon. There is a section of discolored tile The electrical outlet was installed too deep in the wall and you couldn't put a faceplate on it. To make matters worse, their crew left trash around the house and yard for weeks until I demanded it be removed. I had to personally fix many of their mistakes out of pocket and spend hours cleaning up their mess. When I sent a detailed list with photos and requested a resolution, customer service completely ignored me. They never followed up, never apologized, and never sent anyone to correct their errors. It's been nothing but silence since. This company should not be in business. Their craftsmanship is amateur at best, their contractors are careless, and their management clearly doesn't care once they have your money. Save yourself the headache, time, and stress -- do NOT hire LA Carpet for any remodeling project. I wouldn't trust them to tile a doghouse, let alone a master bathroom. Update: They responded to this review saying its the wrong company. It absolutely isn't. I and other reviews confirming the same... with their HR staff of 1, Hortencia have ignored my messages for months. Would be nice if they responded to my 6 months of emails as fast as they reply to a negative review. HORRIBLE COMPANY DO NOT USE EVER. I would encourage anyone else that has had a bad experience with this company to also file a review with the Better Business Bureau. Let's try to get this company shut down so they can't rip off anyone else. Shame on you LA Carpet.

I would never recommend this company to anyone, especially after the damage they did to my property on a bathroom remodel. They left me with mold and months without a bathroom. Had to get my homeowners insurance company involved because they kept giving me the runaround. Long story short my newly renovated bathroom had to be taken down to the studs and redone. Shower was never properly sealed and the plumbing was a mess.

Phone calls to their Customer Service department went unanswered, several messages left and no return calls. Finally I just vistied the store in Corona, only to be told that my problem of buckling the carpet developed was not their problem, even when the salesman assured me that this problem was covered. I am done with LA Carpet!!!

I paid this company in full for flooring and kitchen work throughout my house, but many issues remain unresolved. * Flooring from the living room to the garage door was missed, even though it was on the invoice. * Several areas of flooring squeak, and there are visible gaps between the flooring and baseboards. * A couple of kitchen cabinets do not close properly. * The garbage disposal was installed incorrectly, causing leaks, rust, and staining. * The countertop near the sink pools water in the corner, leaving stains that need constant bleaching. I have repeatedly called and emailed their customer service (Hortencia), but my concerns have been ignored. I also reached out to John, the father of the salesperson Sina (who is no longer with the company), but that was not helpful either. Very disappointing experience -- the work was paid for in full, but the company has not delivered what was promised and has provided no effective follow-up.

Had two bathrooms and flooring installed. Quality of materials and workmanship was great. Responsive to needs and suggestions. Worked when scheduled to work. Added finishing touches without asking. Very pleased with end product!

Stay far away from this company. Very low quality install and poor customer service. I've been working on a complaint workmanship on flooring installation for over 4 years now and still getting the run around. I've had issues since the first year install that has progressively gotten worst over the years. They have one customer service person by the name of Hortencia that I've tried to communicate with multiple times but to no avail. Again stay away!

Continue to be the worst. Hortencia finally reached out only to not tell the repairperson the extent of what needed to be fixed. Only 1/3 of the repairs team showed up and he was ill equipped to fix the issue since he wasn't given the full information of the repairs. Such a disappointing and dishonest company.

THE WORST! I hired these people based on their price (in line with other quotes I got); I have a good friend who recommended them, and saw mostly decent Yelp reviews. THEY DID A TERRIBLE JOB FOR ME. This was a complete teardown and remodel of the master bath and vanity area. The floor came out fine (so far). Everything else was done shoddily, sloppily, by people with attitudes. I hated having them in my house. The "manager" showed up once to collect my final check - he did not even ask how everything was. He stuck his hand out, took the check, and left. The salesman, who I guess was the "project manager," came once during the four weeks of the project. He told me at the outset that he was retiring in six months and would be moving back to Iran because he did not like the politics here. Believe me, he has already checked out of working here. Here are the particulars if you care to read on. I will live with these issues or pay someone else to fix them. I will NEVER HAVE THESE PEOPLE IN MY HOME AGAIN. THEY DO SUBSTANDARD WORK. In no particular order: 1. Holes for the new quartz countertop were drilled incorrectly, so I now have a cold water faucet about an eighth-inch off from the hot side. 2. The seal around the countertop and backsplash has gaps in it. 3. Sewer gas odor emanates from one sink - they say this is not their problem unless it is leaking. It was fine before they changed the pipe arrangement and installed a new sink. It is not fine now. Why is it my problem? 4. Grout in newly installed shower tile is inconsistent in color after I had them come back twice; the second time, I insisted they remove and reapply all the grout. Still have discolored spots. Waiting for the second "fix" delayed any other work for about a week. 5. Was told they were responsible for new supply lines for the sinks; the plumber went to get them at Home Depot, gave me the receipt, and asked me to write a check and leave the pay-to blank. Did not install or ask about a new supply line for the new toilet. 6. The vertical grab bar installed at the entrance to the shower is not straight. 7. Cabinet door pulls were uneven; the guy came back and said it was the door, not the pull. He fixed the door. Now it does not close fully unless I push on it. 8. Baseboard cut-out for disk covering connection of supply line to wall was done improperly; the disk is dangling next to the baseboard instead of sitting flush to the wall. 9. They used my hose outside to mix something - this is fine except that they left the water running; I discovered it the next day. 10. They stuffed my household trash bin with tile shards and other construction waste. I think it is illegal to put construction trash in household waste. The bin was so heavy with tile shards that I had to get a neighbor to help me roll it to the curb. 11. They took a plastic box in which I stored garden tools off a shelf in my garage and used it to mix something up. They then discarded the remnants and the box in my household trash. The garden tools were left on the shelf in a pile. Thanks for asking first if you could use the box, guys. 12. I had to vacuum out the window sill that was left full of demolition pieces so that the window would not even close. If you hire these people, you had better plan on having a construction expert follow them around every hour of every day. They do everything on the cheap, hire inexperienced, probably desperate, poorly-paid workers, and only care about getting your money. I'm so sorry I made this huge mistake hiring them.

Full Kitchen Remodel: The cabinet crew, Luis and Diego were detailed oriented, quick, and respectful of our home. We needed to make a few changes to our design, and it was handled quickly and fairly. Could not be happier with the final product. We chose the 12-yr financing option, cheap money..

Don't do business with them!!!Horrible experience. I can see from the reviews that they don't care at all about customer service - should have looked before we committed to work with them. I tried to work out our problems with our salesperson Beni but really got nowhere with her. She directed me to the customer service email/phone which has been a compete dead end. Radio silence. Don't do business with them!!!

Avoid like the plague. The salespeople are nice and talk sweetly, but the overall workmanship and quality is trash. Trying to get customer service to schedule someone to come out and repair things is impossible as well. I have 2 drawers that can't be used, caulking that has mold, cracked grout, rough countertops and somehow one is cracking too! I have been trying to get repairs since April and they have yet to happen. Sent emails with proof of the issues and then radio silence. In the off chance I get the rep Hortencia and not her voicemail she says she'll call me back the next day and then its silence again. Kind of disappointed I paid six figures for such terrible commitment to quality and customer service.

The good- I love the carpet and the crew that installed it were lovely people. The bad- lots of problems with scheduling; after I had done all the work of completely clearing out my entire home I was told there was a problem and they couldn't start for another week. I was furious as I had an out of town guest coming. I called their office 3 times to speak with the manager...who never called me back. They ended up giving me a $200 refund ( the entire job was over $5,000) which I don't feel was fair. After the job I called/texted the salesman 6 times requesting warranty information which I finally received after 3 months.

Im beyond impressed with my flooring work, thanks to Dector and his team! if your getting a larger flooring job done ask for Dector and Miguel!!! they did my floors and my mosaic backsplash in my kitchen. Dector is a very detailed oriented person and takes lots of personal pride in his work. Also, he is very very professional and mindful while working in our home. He was meticulous and very clean. He insisted to clean after himself every day even when I told him it's okay and can wait for the next day. They were respectful of our family and home life and I just can praise Dector enough. Highly recommend!

I did a complete kitchen remodel including flooring throughout my house. I added a coffee station as well as a dining room bar. Ana was outstanding from planning to execution. The contractors they use are exceptional. I highly recommend them
