We had a lovely stay for 9 days at La Croisée, Grégoire was very responsive before and during our stay, responding to messages promptly. Check in was straight forward as we were met by his parents to quickly show us the basics. The property was very clean and had plenty of space for all 11 of us, 5 adults and 6 children ages 7 up to 16. Lots of large dining spaces either inside, on the patio or under cover by the pool terrace. There was lots to keep us entertained, from tables tennis, the pool table, outdoor games and the swimming pool which was heated to 28 and was used regularly by the children, even at night time where the pool and terrace lights made it quite magical. The local roads and footpaths provided pleasant walks and you could cycle to Pont-Audemer a nice local town.Kitchen was well equipped although we did have to move things to make space for our food shopping.Would definitely recommend the property to any large group looking for a memorable trip together:)

As a family of 9, including 3 children, the house had everything we could possibly want, including a fully equipped kitchen, which was very useful. It was extremely private and the boule pitch was a hit with all of us. During our stay it got extremely hot and we missed having fans in the top bedrooms - one was broken and one was missing, but Gregoire was very happy to bring extra fans if needed, but as this was towards the end of our holiday we decided to leave it. All in all, a fabulous stay and we would stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at La Croisée while celebrating a special family birthday. There were ten of us, and the house gave everyone plenty of space to relax, both indoors and outside. Having private bathrooms for four of the bedrooms made a real difference for our multi-family group.The pool was definitely a highlight we spent many happy afternoons swimming, relaxing, and making the most of the beautiful surroundings. The pool table was also a big hit with both the adults and the kids.The property itself is beautiful, peaceful, and spotlessly clean. We especially appreciated the different outdoor dining areas, as well as the large indoor table, which meant we could comfortably enjoy meals together whether we wanted sun or shade. The kitchen was very well equipped, making it easy to cook several large family meals during our stay.Grégoire was a warm, welcoming host who made us feel right at home. We'd happily recommend La Croisée to anyone looking for a relaxing

Wunderschönes Anwesen in ruhiger Lage mit Garten und tollem Pool. Das beste Ferienhaus, in dem wir Urlaub gemacht haben. Alles sauber, Ausstattung überdurchschnittlich gut. Perfekt! 2 Dinge könnte man eventuell in Zukunft verbessern: Das Dachgeschoss ist unfassbar heiß im Sommer. Hier wäre langfristig eine Klimatisierung von Vorteil. Und der Bewegungssensor für die Lichter stört. Wenn man ins Bad geht, gehen alle Lichter für 10 Minuten an. Das ist in der Nacht sehr störend. Der Sensor im Flur ist auch zu sensitiv. Das Licht ging für 10 Minuten an, wenn ich mich im Schlafzimmer im Bett umgedreht habt. Wir haben die Sicherung rausnehmen müssen und hatten dann eben gar kein Licht mehr. Langfristig wäre ein Schalter hier besser.Grégoire war bei dem Licht-Problem aber sehr hilfsbereit und hat sogar einen Elektriker vorbeikommen lassen, der letztendlich aber auch nur die Sicherung herausnehmen konnte. Trotzdem - Grégoire ist ein toller, zuverlässiger und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber!

We had the best time! As a group of 8 adults, 2 toddlers and 4 babies, the house was fully equipped with everything from toys, baby baths, baby cutlery/plates, high chairs and even a bouncer! The house was immaculate and Gregoire met us at check in and explained everything we needed to know, and was on hand if we needed any further info/help.Could not recommend enough! Perfect house, perfect host, perfect location.What a fantastic place to stay to visit the beautiful sites of Normandy.Seeing the house for the first time was definitely a ‘wow’ moment for us all and as Grégorie showed us around, it was clear that the whole house was too. All instructions were clear and precise from how to use the oven, to how to uncover the pool…..and what a great pool!Everything was perfect and we would all definitely book again and recommend to others.

A fantastic property with loads of character in rural Normandy. Plenty of space for our group of 9 and big outside space with heated pool and gas BBQ. The house has been completely restored and was perfect for a group or family get together. Loved it!

Incroyable séjour.Nous sommes venus entre amis pour un anniversaire surprise.Séjour absolument parfait ! Le logement était impeccable, fidèle à la description, et très confortable. Tout est pensé pour que l’on se sente comme chez soi. Un grand merci à l’hôte pour son accueil chaleureux, sa disponibilité et ses petites attentions qui font vraiment la différence. La communication a été fluide du début à la fin.Je recommande à 100 % et reviendrai avec grand plaisir !

Nous avons passé un excellent week-end au domaine de la croisée. La maison est superbe, entièrement équipée et les aménagements sont parfaits. Nous avons même pu profiter de baignades dans la piscine chauffée. Merci de nous avoir permis de partir un peu plus tard afin de profiter au maximum de ce lieu incroyable. Maison normande familiale, entierement rénovée, avec un charme fou, dotée de beaux volumes et de toutes les commodités. Le niveau de ses équipements et son billard américain sont à souligner. Jardin aménagé avec son terrain de boules, dont on a aussi pleinement profité en famille. Grégoire, notre hôte, qui a géré sa location, a été particulièrement attentif, et nous l'en remercions. Un lieu à recommander.

Wir waren mit einer Gruppe von 9 Personen über Silvester in der Unterkunft und es war super. Die Unterkunft war wirklich extrem sauber und es war alles vorhanden. Die Küche war super ausgestattet und wir haben uns wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.
