As we continue looking for new date night spots around NYC, KYURAMEN has easily become one of our favorite go-to places. Our first visit was back in April 2025, and ever since then, it’s been a spot we keep coming back to.
The ramen is rich, flavorful, and comforting, especially on those cool Brooklyn nights. The atmosphere feels cozy and modern without being overly loud, making it perfect for real conversations and relaxing together. From the private booth seating to the quick service, everything just makes the experience feel smooth and welcoming. El ramen es un plato exquisito.
Las bebidas es una explosión única de sabor.
El personal fue muy profesional, respetuoso y amable.

Luke warm ramen. The bamboo shoots in ramen had a terrible weird taste, so didn't eat those.
Sat at the counter, and not one employee behind the counter knowleged us. All of the employees look miserable to work there. Not one smile. No one said hello, thank you or goodbye as we entered or left.
We are recently back from 3 fabulous weeks in Japan. This is not at all what one would expect at a Japanese restaurant. We won't be back.

I've only ordered pickup since I live around the corner. But it's great. And the BOGO ramen deal on Uber Eats is one of the best deals you'll find anywhere. Dumplings are also great!

Food was incredibly disappointing, especially for the prices. We've been a couple times to the other locations and it's been okay but this time/location we didn't even finish any of the dishes it was that bad. Edible, sure, but not particularly enjoyable. Very skimpy on meats—teeny pieces of octopus in the takoyaki, and the katsu pork was 2/3 breadcrumb (see attached photo—very deceptive). Oily, bready, and kind of lacking soul. But it is a chain so that's what I should've expected. I think this was our last visit to this place.

In town for the night and was craving Ramen as one does…was staying at Tru hotel and did some google map searching for ramen spots. I decided on KYURAME at Park Slope, went little earlier just in case it got busy and was seated at the counter where you get to watch the noodle masters perform their art… dinner and a show. After you get seated you are left with the menu and shown a little round call button that you use to call the server when you are ready to order/pay/requesting something, i thought this was pretty neat lol. So after pressing said button I started out with the #2 Katsuobushi Pork Ramen with extra braised pork belly which btw was heavenly delicious. Decided to wash it down with some Soju…got to the bottom of the ramen and realized I should have ordered extra noodles but the broth was so good I drank it all. So I continued my food journey and ordered the Tonkatsu Omurice with the curry sauce. This was delivered to my table and the nice server proceeded to cut the omelet and pour the sauce and let me tell you it was sooooo good. The omelet was creamy and flavorful while the pork tonkatsu had a crunch that could rival a kettle cooked potato chip. The best part was the pork was juicy, I’m talking moist and packed with flavor I would definitely recommend…even to share just to try it. I finished off with the Matcha pudding which came with the omurice meal and it was a perfect refreshing end to the dining experience. I will definitely be adding KYURAMEN to my favorites list for the next time I am in town.
