Great professional service at KSL, I've had FUE about 3 months ago and am having PRP sessions now to compliment the surgery. I'd really recommend everything about KSL and speaking with the nurse at the PRP session gave me a real confidence boost with how things are going. Good results so far. Looking forward to the next PRP in a couple of days time.

Staff were very friendly, lovely and made my experience much more comfortable. The whole procedure was very smooth and I was kept informed throughout the process. I have had no issues and any questions I had, were promptly answered. There is great support available even post-operation.

I had my hair transplant in late June in the Kent clinic and wanted to wait until I had healed, along with both laser and PRP sessions with KSL clinic before leaving a review. I can honestly say that the service from the initial Phone conversation right the way through to today has been outstanding!! I can’t thank all the team enough for everything. The care and dedication of all staff members has been so reassuring, professional and appropriate to the high standards they provide. The initial surgery was absolutely fine, despite my fears. The numbing injections weren’t very comfortable but I was expecting that and was made aware of this by the team. Once I was numb i didn’t feel a thing, in fact at one point I didn’t realise they were still working on my head!! The aftercare was explained thoroughly and they provided everything I needed and more. Already seeing results and I’m only 10 weeks post op and can’t wait for the finished results. I cannot recommend KSL enough! Thank you all again.

From the minute I went to KSL and spoke to the team I felt like I was confident with the process and had it done within 2 weeks. I am now 6 months down the line and my hair line is looking great. The process was hassle free and really didn’t hurt one bit. Over the moon with the results so far!!!

From the initial consultation with Lee to the communication leading up to surgery day, the entire experience was superb. On the day of the surgery, Dr. Matee and his team provided exceptional care, making the process smooth and reassuring. Following the procedure, I’ve been visiting the clinic twice a year for PRP treatments, as recommended by the team, to maintain the health and strength of my hair. As a 39 year old male who has struggled to grow facial hair and was left with patchy areas in my beard line, I found every day a struggle due to a lack of self-confidence. Having found the courage to book a consultation for a beard transplant, I immediately felt at ease and the consultants and surgery coordinators were extremely supportive in explaining the process prior to my procedure. The procedure was carried out by Dr Matee and took no longer than 5-6 hours! It has been 1 month since my procedure and the guidance/aftercare support has been second to none! Their friendly, yet professional attitude should be applauded and it is the best decision I could have possibly made.....now it is a case of waiting patiently for the grafts to grow and already I feel my confidence returning! To anyone who is looking to undergo a beard/facial hair transplant, I cannot recommend the KSL Clinic enough! A huge thank you to Dr Matee, Sam, Harrington and all the other personnel at the KSL Clinic!! :)
