Love the grocery shopping experience and the choices.
I gave it a 3 because the bathrooms are unisex and they need a SUPER cleaning, and this alone could keep me from coming here. Bathrooms need to be clean.
The last 4 orders I have made in advanced have been over 2 hours late. This is highly concerning because I can no longer rely on pick up to get dinner ready in time. I really didnt want to switch stores but I might have to. There was no urgency, I have had missing items and lack of communication.
I spent over an hour waiting for someone to bring my order out that was already 2 hrs late.
This store is a dump. And the night manager is awful. Told us to “get out” 3 minutes before close. It’s fine to let us know it’s closing but the level of rude on this guy had was not how any store should want to allow someone to represent them. I can choose where I shop, so won’t be back. Thanks!
Don’t use ClickList at this store if you want your order to be ready at the selected time. Every single time I use this store the app says ready, I show up, and they turn me away because it’s not ready. I can get my order from every single other Kroger with ClickList at my designated time spot.
Great store! Huge selection of items to choose from! I really love their cheese section! Found some amazing cheeses that were recommended by the lady behind the counter! The store is also very clean!
Do not go to the Starbucks here! The lady has zero care and is extremely slow at making orders. Waited 30 mins for my drink this morning.
Clean grocery store with good lighting, stocked shelves and okay prices. Our only human interaction was with the checkout attendant and it was friction free. They didnt seem to be out of anything that we looked for. Plenty of parking and relatively few carts in the lot.
Not a fan of Barb (long blonde hair), who works the front end. She doesn't seem to like children.
