Been with them for 5+ years, I barely call and when I do it is something really really important.
Only giving them a chance cause of Darshan and Radhu as they have been good but the switchboard lady on 28th November 2025 is an absolute joke and a disgrace to customer service.

Extremely disappointed with this tax agent. I booked a telephone appointment and never received a call, message, or even a follow-up. No professionalism, no respect for clients’ time. If they can’t manage basic communication, I can’t imagine how they handle something as important as taxes. Totally unreliable and not recommended at all.
