I have recently used Knightsbridge Estate Agents in Oadby in Leicester to buy a property for mum. I would like to say a HUGE thank you to Denise, Ben and Amy for a fantastic professional service. It was a very stressful purchase and the team were extremely helpful and helped me secure our purchase. We viewed the property in May and only moved in November. They were very good offering advice, keeping me informed of the process and dealt with all the survey issues. The best thing about the team is that they get that buying a property is a very personal, life changing process and they were very empathetic understanding the whole emotional aspect. They went out of their way to help and even recommend trades people and removal companies. Our moving in present was just lovely and very thoughtful. I would have no hesitation in recommending their services and will you use them again but hope not to move again for a very long time!
I can’t say how good Knightsbridge were on our recent house purchase and we weren’t even their clients! It’s the high level of communication that makes them stand out. Attention to detail and approachability was also key and their present on key exchange was just a wonderful touch. We hope not to move again but if we do we will absolutely be using them! Well done to all the team as every one of you were supportive and friendly but in particular Denise. All the best to you all from all our family!

I don't like to leave negative reviews. I run my own business and as such, I always think twice. I only left one negative review last year and I thought that I would make it to the end of the year with a 2025 clean of negative reviews. Then along came Knightsbridge Estate Agents and ruined my clean sheet.
I am currently having work done on my property.
I invited 3 estate agents to come along and give me an appraisal. Knightsbridge was one of them. I went for reviews from the more premier estate agents in the Oadby area. I reckoned that - though these were charge wise very expensive, the premium service that they gave would give would outweigh the cost.
First let me give you an idea of my experience with one of the other agents. The agent came around, smartly dressed and was here for around 20 minutes. He went around my property and had come armed with an 'Information Pack' giving me all the details I needed. We discussed what price I was aiming to sell at and compared it to what he thought. There was a difference but it wasn't anything that could not be worked out between us. He even told me that they would market my property at the price I was looking for and then appraise after 12 weeks. He went through the marketing strategies his organisation employed. We went through any questions I had and he left leaving me his business card. I felt really impressed and pleased with the service that he had provided me with. I won't say who this agency was, only that the name started with a 'C' :)
The agent from Knightsbridge arrived just after 12:30. I had told him that I had a web meeting at 13:00. He went through the rooms in a really hurry, not really entering the rooms to have a look around. We then came downstairs and he told me of one property that Knightsbridge had in in the Oadby area. He asked me what sort of price I was looking to see at. I gave him the price that agency 'C' was going to market my property at. When he heard this, he just told me that Knightsbridge would not be interested and left!!
No information pack, no asking me if I had any queries, no discussion of why I was asking for a particular selling price. It was either his way or the highway. He just seemed to be in a hurry to get out of place. I was frankly shocked. My wife was fuming when she came home from work.
So a piece of advice for your Knightsbridge.
When sellers approach estate agents who charge premium prices, they expect a premium service. Otherwise, they could just go ahead with one of the smaller estate agents and save costs. The service that you provided me was not what I expected of a premium estate agent and was shocking. The fact that your agent didn't even leave me a business card - let alone an information pack - says it all.
The other agents were in with me for around the same length of time but did a sterling job. I know you have tried to contact me - after I sent you an email saying that I was dissatisfied - but there is no point now.
I hope you take my criticism constructively and I hope that you don't try to come up with wishy-washy excuses.
I know that if my business received a review like this, I would not criticise any individual but look to see what I would need to do to ensure that I never get a negative review like this again.
Wigston branch have been exemplary during the whole process of selling our mother's house. Excellent communication at every stage with cheerful and professional interactions. Three of us were responsible for the sale the of the the property and they made sure we were all involved equally. Thank you to all the team!

Outstanding service from the first call to the final key swap.
We purchased our home through Knightsbridge Estate Agents and the entire process was seamless. The standout aspect was their exceptional communication - always prompt, clear, and efficient, with zero time wasting. There was always someone available, even when I was abroad and couldn’t call directly myself - they took the initiative to reach out to me. Even if someone was on annual leave, there were no delays at all, the service received was continuous and smooth.
The team’s professionalism and friendliness were second to none. Libby, Amy, and Jake were all consistently professional, approachable, and genuinely helpful throughout. I could not fault them if I tried.

Knightsbridge have been brilliant, from the first phonecall to the final part. Every single person has been so helpful. We had our house up previously with another agent and it didn’t sell, less than a week with these and it was sold. Denise was amazing, she kept us updated every step of the way and especially when it came to the final parts, without her we would’ve been in the dark with it all. Denises communication was brilliant and she went out of her way to make those extra phonecalls that made all the difference and a little less stressful.

Excellent experience buying a house through Knightsbridge who kept me regularly updated throughout. Especially Denise who progressed the sale thoroughly and efficiently throughout! The whole team were great though and really kept our stress at bay throughout a journey that was up and down as we were in a long chain! Thank you all. Also thank you for the recycling scheme for the movers boxes - really useful!
Denise Ristimaa and the whole team were so helpful in our purchase of a property they were managing. Carolyn Davis on their sales team helped us find it in the first place and kept in consistent coordination and comms throughout the process and also helped with nudges and reminders. The solicitors they recommended, BHW, were also fabulous without a huge pricetag. We've heard lots of house horror stories and as first-time buyers felt immensely lucky all things considered! I know the sellers went with them too after no success with a previous estate agent and given that they got us to look at the house we now call home they clearly did some good for the sellers. Would recommend for both sides.
Knightsbridge have been great with managing the sale of our probate property. They were able to offer a sensitive approach at a difficult time and gave good advice and set realistic expectations for us. As the sale progressed our agent worked with strength of attitude to deal with any tricky moments and was always on hand to quickly respond to queries along the way. A good experience with a nice local agency.
We had a pleasant and stress-free experience with Chris whilst we were looking for a home to rent. He always answered any questions, kept us in the know and was clear about the next steps. He is extremely kind and reassuring. We also appreciated the ease of using WhatsApp to communicate, always getting a swift reply. We would highly recommend Knightsbridge and especially Chris.
