In our search for a house we've dealt with a few different agencies. None of them were as helpful as Knightsbridge. The team was very friendly and quickly replied to all our queries. Special thanks to Chris for helping us out with the whole process and making it as painless as possible.

Very satisfied. The people I interacted with were very friendly, willing to help and easy to deal with. My emails and questions were answered promptly; I was able to get a viewing and submit an application all in the span of a few days. Chris was very professional and helpful with the entire process. Highly recommend using this service.

For the most part, Knightsbridge made my purchase of my first home as simple and as straightforward as you can reasonably expect. They never caused any delays and it was a nice touch with the gifts upon completion (much appreciated, team!). The reason I give 4/5 is that, for maybe the first month of the purchasing process, it felt a little too obvious that the agents were on the seller's side. Yes they rely on completion for their cut etc but I'd have appreciated a little more sympathy at times. I can't remember what her name was (completion was several months ago) but my agent misquoted something put forward by the seller (which I obviously contested) and she seemed frustrated once or twice with me carrying out additional checks on the property; a purchase that involves me sinking my life's savings is not something I take lightly and I was not going to rush it, regardless of the seller's preferences. Fortunately Jessica took over for the final stretch of the purchase, she's a great asset to your team and was a pleasure to work with. You hear some real horror stories with some house buys but Knightsbridge are definitely one of the better teams out there. I'd certainly use them again.

We recently sold a property with Knightsbridge and would highly recommend them. Ours was not an easy sale or chain and yet they remained professional, friendly and positive throughout. A special mention goes to Jessica, who is an asset to the team. A skilled negotiator and communicator, she went above and beyond even helping us navigate our purchase via another estate agent. When I had gotten locked out of the house, Knightsbridge were so supportive and came out after verification and let me in even though it was out of business hours, I got in contact with Alex on WhatsApp who was so helpful, the lettings manager then got in contact and it was all resolved within the hour and now I am back inside. This is absolutely incredible service considering it was out of hours and I want to pass on my thoughts on the amazing customer service from Jake, the lettings manager and Hannah, they were all amazing and I can't thank you all enough. ❤️
