It is January 2025, I made a purchase 2021 April 17th for $598. This is important in order to make payments you have to make your first initial payment it’s even in the fine print of contract and obvious. So I made my initial first payment which you have to do of $90 or right around there I made my second payment and set of for auto pay. A months later I get a past due balance they tell me auto payments had a glitch. I’m thinking I’ve been making my payments and ask why I’m just now getting a text or email 4-6 months later (they want your interest duh) so they wave the late fees because it was their mess up. I make another payment set up auto payments again. Now around 1 year in I’ve paid about $250.. Auto pay stops working again. 6 months later get a text. They tell me again they will wave “some” of the late fees and interest. I make a payment of $150 and $434 to pay it off. I check my balance goes to 0. In total paid $782 for the item of $598. Fast forward to today amongst 2 years later I get a text my payment is due. Not a email or text in almost 2 years. They say I owe $586 balance. My Klarna app and account now shows only 2 payments made in 2023 for $434.47 and $150. My initial payments which you have to make the 1st initial payment no matter what are no longer showing on my Klarna account for 2021 when I bought it and 2022. Completely trying to rob me. Be ware. Even if I’d never paid anything the 2 payments it does site equals the item. But to have evening disappear from the 2 years prior is robbery. My husbands company lawyer is going to help me but they waisted 2 hrs of my time today trying to collect money that was paid off. Also you think if it wasn’t paid off they would wait 2 years to text the b same number I’ve always had that a payment is due? It’s because it was paid off in 2023 and I had a 0 balance. Stay far far away from this company. Now if they make it right I will update but either way it’s costing a lot of time to fix if they decide too

Having a serious issue with a dispute on an item I didnt receive. I am on day 35 and they will not charge back the company that is not answering and did not provide my merchandise. I have received multiple different time frames from multiple different agents, both via chat and phone. I feel like I have no recourse in the case of a fraudulent charge.

Don't use them! They will let you buy something and tell you that you are approved. Then after the products are delivered, they cancel the card and wipe out your bank account with no warning. Tried chatting with **************** and they were absolutely no help at all. Kept telling me to reapply but the damage was already done. I will never use them again because not I feel they can't be trusted. When I saw what they had done to my bank account I was devastated. DO NOT TRUST THEM!

They took my money without securing item. Seller isn't obligated to hold item. Now I'm out money and no item to show for it. **************** was unhelpful and seemed to not understand my inquiry.I opened a ticket on the order in question and the agent asked which order I was referring to. I was baffled. Like can we start with the order we're literally chatting through?

I have been hacked by My banking acct and they had to stop all Bank Card and Stop any Transactions going to my bank, I could not make a payment, But when i was able to make Payments I cleared all payments over $250.00 in payments. I have been in touch with KLARNA **** who are not even from here, and They all Redirected me to Credit Transunion I have spoken with them many times, Every day, I was able to get one AGENT who spent 2 Hours of her time to really work with me and FIND i have a Bankruptcy on my credit, MIND you I been with KLARNA since 3/2022 and I never put KLARNA on my Bankruptcy and since they see it They will not REINSTATE MY PURCHASE POWER where I had up to $2,000 in purchase power because I paid on time and paid in ADVANCE early pay off. I advised them will be making a formal complaint against them and advising at this point... PLEASE DO NOT MISS A PAYMENT IF HAVE ANY FINIANCIAL ISSUES DO NOT MISS A PAYMENT WITH A BANKRUPTCY ON YOUR CREDIT.. I WAS TOLD HAVE THE CREDIT REMOVE THE BANKRUPTCY FOR THEM TO REINSTATE ME BACK... WOW THE BUSINESS ETHIC FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE IS -0 I HAVE BEEN A GOOD PAYING CUSTOMER AND NOW CANT USSE THEM.. I ENJOYED KLARNA THEY WILL LOSE A LOT GOOD CUSTOMERS.. WITH THEIR BUSINESS ETHICS.. AND HOW THEY DO CUSTOMERS..

DON'T USE THEM. KLARNA WILL NOT REFUND YOUR MONEY EVEN WHEN THEY CONFIRM YOU HAVEN'T RECEIVED THE MERCHANDISE AND CANNOT GET REACTION FROM THE MERCHANT. THEY LOVE TO SAY NO WORRIES BUT DON'T HELP YOU GET REFUND.

1) I was assured my refund would go back on my credit card, that didn't happen.2) I was able to use my klarna balance for 1 small purchase of 25.00.3) Next time I went to make a purchase I was denied.4) I tried over 10 times the last 2 1/2 weeks to make a purchase and was denied.5) I have spoken on the phone to Klarna employees at least 8 times, and none of them were able to fix the problem.6) My money is sitting in my klarna balance, and I can't spent it. Any purchase I try to make is denied.7) Therefore, I have money in my klarna balance that is not usable on your site.8) Again, my payment methods keep getting denied, everything is accurate on my payment methods, I spoke to my bank, nothing wrong with my card or bank ********** It's my money, and I want it back.TELL YOUR EMPLOYEES TO STOP TELLING CUSTOMERS THAT THEIR MONEY WILL BE BACK ON THEIR BANK ACCOUNTS OR ********************** CARDS IN 48HRS. I HAVE BEEN LIED TO BY EVERY KLARNA EMPLOYEE I SPOKE WITH!11) You keep replying to me with the same email FORM letter, and are making no attempt to help me or practice good business by making the customer, me, happy. Holding customers money hostage is horrible, and bad business on your end.

This company is partnering with fraudulent companies, I used then to make payment to a company called ********, I needed a refund, the company asked me to contact Klarna for my refund and Klarna is asking me to contact them . They are colluding with this fraudulent company to deny my refund. The company told me they would have refunded me if I didn’t use Klarna. Klarna is asking me to contact them because they could not contact them . This is a scam and I am disappointed that a reputable company like Klarna is helping this company to scam people.

******** customer service. I'm owed refunds and they still haven't given me my money back. Nobody will help me. This has been going on since December 20th. When they want their money they take it. I have reached out multiple times with nothing being resolved. Horrible. I will never use again

I have been a good paying customer in the years I've been using klarna I may have been late making a payment a couple times but the payments were made late in any case overall I paid off all my debts, just recently I paid off a hugh loan and made my final payment with klarna which left my balance at 0 % I owed klarna nothing all paid up ....klarna said I had 1800 spending power which ment in klarna 's terms they will loan me up to 1800 ..I'm good for it and I've earned being a good paying customer ..well klarna declined a $300 order I placed ..anything else I tried to purchase klarna declined rejected refused, now remember I'm fully paid up ...and I have 1800 spending power ...I deleted my account ..and when I decided to give klarna a second chance and re create a new account they blocked me from creating a new account with my associated phone number...you go klarna that's how you should treat a good paying customer ,??. No matter what excuse you have in response to this complaint klarna ...YOUR WRONG ..YOUR COMPANY IS WRONG , AND YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS UNETHICAL !!!!

Wow , I really love Klarna , they have so many options to buy what you what or need. This past Christmas I reserved a 8 day stay at the ******. I also decided to add 2 more days , near the end of my reservation. It was so easy , convenient , and reliable. I am planning on using Klarna every time my family goes on vacation. Not to mention all the awesome stores you can but stuff from through Klarna Thank you Klarna , your amazing

Scammed That's how I feel. I ordered a laptop from a popular company. They canceled the order thinking I was being hacked. I didn't know that until 2 day later. That was q1/02/2024. They are still charging me 12/25/2024. I've provided proof from phone calls,emails, and texts ect. I practically did their job. Please avoid them at all cost. They hung up on me3 time. My question was too hard. That's what happens when you read from a prompt. Run don't walk because I found out they have been taken money from me for a while. They take just enough money to where you will not notice.

Klarna refuses to refund me my payment on a cancelled item. Please do not use this App. They will not refund money but they will take it. I was given a hassle and they blamed my bank for not getting my refund.

I made a purchase using the Klarna store card and made a return using the same method of payment. Klarna still debited my account for the $323.99. I uploaded the receipt for the return but theyre stating they still have to do an investigation. **** poor customer service, all the agents have language barriers, they have no sense of urgency and no sense of empathy or understanding for the three hundred, twenty three dollars and ninety nine cents debited from my account a week before the holiday. I am beyond disappointed and disgusted.

I never received a coat from northface I put in dispute with Klarna and my credit card cause thats what northface told me to do and Klarna rep ***** put dispute in right its been two months and still no money back they charging me and crediting me thinkin Im not gone pay attention and keep takin the money back Im reporting to the ************************************ as well smh this will be the third dispute Klarna is trying to initiate as we speak without giving me my money back

They have a system error on my account that no one seems to be able to fix. I have not been able to make payments. Account was sent to collection same day of purchase using klarna card. Noone knows why. But collection has no record. I have tried relentlessly trying to resolve since September via chat and support agent. They have given me the same response "it will be escalated to higher team" if I do hear back it's never a resolution just asking same questions.

I picked Klarna on *************** for a ***. I waited a week with no confirmation that my product had shipped. I contacted Klarna who said to contact ***********. I did and they said they have no record of the order. I talked to one Klarna agent who said wait 72 hours from the week. Waited and still wasn't automatically canceled so talked to another which told me to wait till the following week and just now I was told once again to wait another week...They refuse to cancell the order after almost 4 weeks of telling them my product isn't coming. They are scamming people and I can't believe that these other companies are in partnership with this terrible company. Don't ever use Klarna!

**************** process is complete garbage. I will never use them again. I placed an order that the merchant ended up refunding but it never showed up on my account. I disputed it and sent them a ton of screen shots from confirmation emails to the merchant themselves confirming it was refunded yet they declined my dispute saying I didnt provide the information required. They do their best to automate everything and when you get an actual person they barely have enough power to actually help. They do their best to keep you from talking to someone on the phone about that its any more help. The bank wont refund your money because youre using a third party. Buyers beware. Seems like a nice way to purchase things unless things go wrong, then youre screwed.

Do not use KLARNA!! I agreed to pay $192 over 4 payments. my bank was charged $534. When I contacted Klarna they told me that this was due to a number of reasons. my problem is that I would have NEVER made the purchase had they disclosed that my initial payment would be $534 of the $768 due for the concert tickets. This is a switch and bait. Feels completely predatory and I will never speak well of this company.

In May 2024, I made a purchase from ******* through the Klarna website. Once I received the order, I discovered that it was too much. In the past, the returns process has taken too long to get a refund. So, I went into the store and returned the items myself, and $95.00 was returned to my checking account. ********************** accepted the return but refused to adjust the payment process, taking $105.00 from my checking account to complete the payment process. I file a dispute complaint with my bank, **************. They were provided with all the documents and informed of the issues. They reversed the payment until the investigations were complete. After several weeks,***** resolved the issue in Klarn's favor. I was considered a third party, and they did not accept this transaction. I'm so confused as to how this decision was reached. I purchased the items through the Klarna website, and they accepted the returned items but failed to adjust the payment process. In the past, it took six months for me to resolve and get a refund for shoes that went to the wrong address. In another incident regarding Art Supplies, Klarna took several months to refund my money again. I strongly suggest that Klarna's returned policies be investigated and updated in favor of their customers especially if the items are purchased from their website.
