I’ve been coming to see Lipika at KL Accounting for over 3 years now for all my taxes, she’s really awesome. She’s very knowledgeable and is always giving great advice and suggestions. What I like the most about doing my taxes here is she actually sticks to a schedule for your appointment… other places will book you in at a certain time but then I’ve been stuck waiting for up to an hour to get in, she’s way more organized than this. I recommend her to everyone I know asking about where to do their taxes

My experience was not as pleasant as other people are mentioning here. I was fooled with the ratings too. I did went to this place this year as i do need to file my return for this year and get my return fixed for the last year. First of all i do feel it's pricy as compared to others. Secondly the owner was rude and disrespectful. I went there with an appointment and i was told that she is busy and don't have the time and was told to come later next month. My question was why the hell they just booked an appointment then. If they are busy i am not free either. I missed my work to go there. They have just wasted my time which was so unprofessional.If you value your time respect other time as well. Moreover the person is paying and not getting any services for free. So i am highly disappointed after this and won't go there any further and neither recommend anyone in my known to go there.Lastly if someone has given this business 1 star they denied there ratings by saying that they were never been there and it's fake comment. I have been there and my views are 100% genuine based on my personal experience which i can prove if anyone has any question about it.

Hello Mr Kang, We checked our records and found that you booked an appointment and we helped you file your personal taxes for this year. Our accountant spent time with you and made you understand your taxes and got you the maximum refund that you were eligible for this year. You were so thankful to us and was so happy with our services as you were not aware of these tax credits. You wanted us to review your previous years taxes right away. Our accountant told you that we are busy with the current tax season and our firm only review previous years taxes for any client after May 1st of every year (as per our company policies). We requested you to book an appointment after May 1st 2024 for reviewing your previous year taxes but you still booked an online appointment and came to the office a month before to get your review done. We again told you the same and requested you to book an appointment after May 1st. We know you were desperate to get your previous years taxes reviewed to get more refund but we are bound with our company policies and we have to comply with our policies. Instead of giving us good remark you went ahead and gave us the negative review. We apologise for any inconvenience caused. We are still happy to review your previous year taxes. If you need further assistance, please call us at 403-991-1091.

I decided it was time for a new direction, and went in to see “Lipika” to file taxes. I can’t speak for everyone, but myself, when I say filing taxes is daunting, and stressful. Remember: There are two guarantees in life : DEATH and TAXES SO : make sure you’ve got the right accountant in your corner! I’m really glad I made the switch from my last accountant, who I believe did not have my best interest in mind- not cool—- Lipika was professional, and competent! Exactly what I needed! I got an unexpected refund as well. She was thorough, and explained everything in detail so it “made sense.” I walked in bloody confused and tense, due to past experiences, but left with a peace of mind!!! I actually exhaled …. My only “regret” is not seeing her sooner. Also, the front staff is helpful and quick to answer calls and questions! An actual human picks up the phone!!!! I’m thankful I’ve finally found myself someone trustworthy, and transparent who doesn’t charge insanely ridiculous prices! Go see Ms. Lipika! You won’t regret it folks! In times of uncertainty…. Lipika brought me much needed peace!
