I molteplici trasferimenti da un volo ad un altro, nascondo pericolosissime situazioni per gli orari delle connessioni, le richieste di VISA (Visto) inattese e estremamente costose e la sostanziale irresponsabilità di KIWI per la positiva conclusione del viaggio. In una connessione (Transito internazionale) a Dammam (Arabia saudita), a causa di un mancato accordo tra l'aereolinea WizzAir e l'Aeroporto di Dammam, non ho potuto semplicemente trasferirmi da un gate ad un altro, ma sono stato COSTRETTO ad acquistare una VISA da 95€ per uscire dall'aereoporto e rientrare immediatamente dopo per prendere il volo. Extremely Disappointing Partnership Experience with Kiwi.com** Our partnership with Kiwi.com has been a deeply disappointing experience. Following the termination of our partnership, we requested the withdrawal of our funds. Despite submitting the request nearly two months ago and opening multiple support tickets, we have yet to receive our money. Each time we reached out, we were assured that the money had been wired to our account. However, we have not seen a single penny. The lack of a phone number for customer service or partner support has made resolving this issue even more frustrating. We are left with no choice but to pursue a legal resolution if an amicable solution is not provided promptly. We strongly advise others to reconsider partnering with Kiwi.com until they significantly improve their support and financial processes.

Total scam and daylight robbery. Total scam and daylight robbery. Zero flexibility or willingness to help customers. DO NOT BOOK. I would strongly encourage anyone considering this airline to think twice. I needed to move my flights in September by a week and was told there were no options. I provided 6 flights that i could see online, all of which i was told were unavailable to me even though the provider in some cases was Kiwi. I was then encouraged to cancel my flights and rebook, and await a refund which i could put towards new flights. From the £450 that i originally paid, i received a £20 refund. Like I said, total scam and daylight robbery. Zero flexibility or willingness to help customers. DO NOT BOOK.

DO NOT BOOK I can’t stress this enough. The reviews across the board are mixed and it’s mainly because things can go good or absolutely horrendous. When they do go horrendous their customer service team is constructed of the most incompetent people on the planet. Our flights had been completely cancelled by the airlines, no fault of Kiwi, HOWEVER, the airline did reschedule us for the next flight, but we were communicated NOTHING by Kiwi. It is Kiwi’s responsibility as an airline agent to send updates on all flight information. When we called them, they blamed us and said they were only informed 30 minutes ago, PRIOR to our flight. Now, the only options they left us with are a £100 credit or to reschedule our flights for an additional £1000. Upon rushing to the airport and informing the airline agents of the incompetence this 3rd party has put us through they were kind enough to put us on the next flight, free of charge. But KIWI provided no damn support or resolution, besides demanding further money prior to helping. DO NOT book through them. Spend the extra money if you have to and go through someone else. I can’t stress this enough.

I had purchased two roundtrip flights from two established international airports in California and Canada via Kiwi.com for this summer, I received a note stating flight (Lynx Air) stopped operations so I requested a refund since I am out ~$800 for these tickets purchased via Kiwi.com. Kiwi.com can't refund or provide any alternative and upon reaching their customer service their response was that they are NOT responsible since the payment was collected by the airline and they can't reach out to the airline given they ceased operations. What I fail to understand, how a travel platform has zero responsibility in this matter? Wouldn't there be any legal agreement with airline partners they operate with ? And with level of service how they expect to be successful? Never using them again

SCAM! Complete scam, I have booked a flight and need to change it 5 minutes after the book, the flight got canceled and they robbed me 2700 USD. No adequate support to speak with either. I was trying to reschedule my flying dates 5 minutes after the booking was made. I have followed the steps for this process on the website, however, the process is seriously misleading. The company policy is to refund $10 for a $2,700.00 booking, it is an unfair policy and misleading policy. I have called the support immediately and they have told me that they can't do anything. They said that are going to schedule a supervisor callback. I have scheduled this supervisor call 5 times and never received a call from them. I have repeatedly asked for simply to recognize a credit for this amount paid to either reinstate my original booking or book a new. They have refused to do this. At the end the are getting a 2,700 profit at zero cost, and without providing any service. IF YOU ARE NOT AN EXPERIENCE LAWYER DO NOT BOOK ANYTHING WITH THIS COMPANY!

ABSOLUTE SCAM ABSOLUTE SCAM! DON'T EVER BOOK WITH KIWI! I booked a connecting flight with Kiwi from El Nido to Ho Chi Minh City with a stopover in Manila. Unfortunately, the first flight got postponed 5 hours, so I was forced to book a new flight for the first part to not loose my second flight. They didn't give me any option to get refunded for the first flight. The only options were: Cancel the whole trip or book a new flight on your own. Kiwi doesn't do ANYTHING for you to help! After I booked my new first flight, I contacted the airline myself and after a few weeks, I got the written confirmation that they had refunded my money back to the travel agency Kiwi (unfortunately). But Kiwi denies having received any refund from the airline, thus refuses to refund me, although they clearly have my money in their possession according to the airline itself! This is so criminal, I can't believe it! We have to sue them. Apparently they do this all the time, it's a planned scam! Please report them in your country. I have. This scam must stop!

My flight was canceled. Though **** tried to phrase it as "Delayed" even though this "delay" changed a Oct 28th return flight to Oct 25th. So I called the airline directly to get a refund. And they said "of course, this is an unreasonable disruption and you'll get a full refund". Unfortunately what I didn't know was that **** booked my flight with their company credit card and the refund went to them, not me. And so began my hellish experience trying to get my money back. For 2 days **** told me they couldn't give me a refund unless I proved the airline had refunded them. I call the airline and ask if they can send me a copy of my refund but they say they can only send it to the email that booked the flight. And again, **** used their information to do that, not my email. So they sent the confirmation to ****, who says they don't see it and they won't call the airline unless I cancel my entire itinerary and request an "Assisted refund" through them. So I do this, even though my departing ticket was fine and not delayed and I wanted to keep that one so I would just have to worry about booking a new return flight (with anyone other than kiwi of course). A few minutes after I cancel the itinerary and request the assisted refund, I'm told that only part of my trip (the 3 day disrupted flight) is refundable. So...they just told me they won't give me my refund unless I cancel everything, but since I've cancelled everything, they won't give me a refund. At that point I filed a claim with my bank and hopefully I can get my full money back that way. Kiwi's "policies" only exist to scam customers. There is no logic or reason. All these horrible people had to do was call the airline and get confirmation of the fully refunded ticket. Instead they made me do bizarre things that made no sense, purely so they could use it as an excuse to not give me a full refund. If this complaint is hard to understand, you're not alone. I can't for the life of me understand what just happened

I don’t get it Only used this because my family got me a ticket with this service. They are disorganized and make mistakes that take many attempts to resolve, if they ever do. They never entered the tsa pre check number I gave them. I don’t understand the use of this when you can book directly with an airline more easily. Why add another annoying company to deal with in between?

Scam NEVER, EVER use this site to buy tickets. I purchased flight tickets with Kiwi to travel with my family. Kiwi was unable to confirm the flight booking. I received a message telling that I could request a refund. In their platform there was no way to request a refund. The “only” way I could solve the issue was to get some other tickets 800 € more expensive. So I contacted customer service to ask about the refund and they informed me that the money was already refunded...it never happened. I asked my bank to cancel the transfer ... I am waiting for it to be solved somehow... I am thinking that I will lose about 3000 EUR.

Its good to look but not to book I have had 3 flights already when it got delayed by 11-12 hours, completely changing everything. It cost only 30 bucks a peace, but I cant get refunds, kiwi does nothing about it, if I go directly to the airlines tickets they say go through kiwi. Anyways the search engine on kiwi is great, but I would highky recommend to book directly. They have no costumer support I dont even know why they hire them lol all they do just say we cant do that lol

Refunds for cancelled flights hard to get! Travelers should avoid booking with Kiwi.com if refunds for cancelled flights matter to you. I have been waiting for four months even after providing multiple emails from the aiine that they had already communicated with Kiwi to refund me based on the airline's cancellation. Another flight was cancelled immediately after it was confirmed and I had to go through the refund procedure and waiting game to get the money back for that one too. Apparently Kiwi.com is just not interested in customer satisfaction! TRAVELERS BEWARE!
