David has helped us with a number of mortgages over the years for house moves and remortgages and he has always been knowledgable, helpful, efficient and great to work with. Remortgaging can be a stressful process but David makes it as painless and as straight forward as it can be and I’m always confident that David will find us the best options to suit our circumstances. We wouldn’t use anybody else and I would happily recommend him to anyone looking for a mortgage.

We'll what can I say, David was excellent with my mortgage application. He answered all my questions, was efficient and went far above my expectations; the mortgage market suddenly started to move the wrong way due to the possibility of an unseen interest rate rise, David was on the case straight away helping me make a decision and then putting in the application asap so that I didn't loose out should the product be withdrawn. If he had not done this I would of lost out on the mortgage I wanted so I owe him a great deal of thanks David kept me informed throughout the process of applying for the mortgage and told me straight away once I had received a mortgage offer. The process was swift and stress free. The mortgage I have suits my needs perfectly and it's only thanks to David that I have this as we chatted about my requirements and the mortgage he suggested suits me perfectly.
