You were never at all advised to choose or come to us. We sent you prices , you read them , you texted your confirmation Only then we booked you. All dirty soiled filters were left in your car for your visual. Stop playing young women soft story. You could have also texted us to clarify if you had any doubts. You read our message sent in details and confirmed . What more can one do for someone who blames everyone other than herself.

We are 24/7 only by appointment. Our night crew is on mobile duty. Also we don't take walk-in without booking
Should have rung night assist number or should have gone to your regular mechanic. Guess your regular mechanic wasn't there for you. Our boys work around the clock yet there are customers who need help instantly. Did you think of calling us next day or you believe we are drive through mechanics.
Also reading your other reviews leads me to believe you suffer from entitlement mentality.
Thanks to other people who are more understanding. Also your regular mechanic has duty of care to you as we have to our regulars
