As a content creator, my entire brand is built on trust and keeping my word. I recently used Kinguin to purchase gift cards for a fan giveaway, and it has been a complete disaster.The platform's checkout process failed, and despite being a "reputable" marketplace, their system is clearly outdated and unprofessional. Because of their technical incompetence and failure to deliver, I have lost fans and damaged the trust I've spent years building. When you're live-streaming, you don't have time to wait days for a support ticket that may never be answered. I don't care about the money—PayPal will handle the refund—but Kinguin cannot refund my reputation. If you are a professional, a streamer, or anyone who values their credibility, do not use this site for gifting. They are irresponsible, their platform is stuck in the past, and they do not support the creators who bring people to their marketplace.Next Step: I will be filing a formal report with econsumer. Gov for their failure to address these transaction issues.

I bought their software for €63.74. He worked. BUT after I reinstalled the new Windows, the software no longer works.
I contacted their support. They literally replied that:
" We cannot help because our software can be installed on one PC, and we consider reinstalling Windows as an installation on another PC." They treat reinstalling Windows as a new PC? Funny.
Did they write somewhere in the product description or in the terms of use that they treat installing Windows on the same PC as installed Windows on new/another PC? Of course they didn't.
So customers, if you buy software from kinguin.net and if you do a reinstallation of windows where you had the software and key installed, after new windows installation you will no longer be able to activate the key you purchased at kinguin.net, and of course they will NOT refund your money.
Those are a little bigger thefts.
They offer me an apology in exchange for €63.74. I don't accept the apology.

Beware of Kinguin´s Codes!
You think it worked for you? Sure, it worked for me 9/10 times,
But not the 10th time, and the cheaper prices
Of the other 9 transactions are then no longer so cheap.
So what happend? Like in many other cases that can be found with
A simple Google Search the send code was already in use.
A code is delivered quickly. I tried to redeem the code immediately.
In the correct currency and correct account. And than the shock.
The code was already used. That can happen and good Key Seller
Refund the same day or offer a new key after some Infos are send.
Not so with 'Kinguin', despite multiple escalations!
At 'Kinguin', you sent everythig they Need to see that the Money wasnt used by your account.
You send unedited screenshots of your buying history and the error code and the current Money.
And it was clear that i was not the one who used the code.
Than they start to ask you to contact steam support. To find out when the key was redeemed.
So try that at steam and you will find several times the same answer.
Steam says that you have to contact the retailer. And this is 'Kinguin'.
Which I did. The result was that I was sent back to Steam again with a task that I cannot fulfil.
So they make fun of their customer after they scamed you. They Keep your Money and dont refund.
Even if you buy a code in super market Steam tells you that you should take the proof of purchase
Back to the shop where you bought it. So 'Kinguin'. Yeah and they do Nothing.
'Kinguin' is playing dead and not responding appropriately.
The customer is cheated out of their money and now has to deal with PayPal and open a case there.
Maybe they dont do it every time. So if you buy sometimes it works... And sometimes
You loose what? 20,50 100$? So where was the Advantage to buy at Kinguins
So clearly terrible support. And look at Trust Pilot the old Entry (Rating 1,8/5) was replaced
With a new Domain and i think many fake 5 Star and over 4/5. Wow a new Domain brings a lot
Of satisfied customer or just another way to find new People like myself who gave Money
And got a used code. And you read many of those Cases not only one or two.
They've lost control and send you bad codes without any refund or replacement key.
I dont know and i cant find out who stole my code. It wasnt me but Kinguin gives a $#*!.

I bought two PS5 games on Kinguin expecting normal PSN download codes for my own account. Instead, I was given logins to existing PSN accounts (email, password, 2FA codes, mailbox access) with instructions to take over these accounts. In my understanding, this clearly violates the PlayStation Network Terms of Service: if Sony detects this kind of account sharing/transfer, accounts can be permanently banned – just like with Netflix account abuse, only here you risk losing your entire profile, purchases, trophies and game progress. Because of that, I never logged in, never downloaded anything and opened a complaint immediately.
Despite this, the seller and Kinguin later claimed that I had changed the accounts. The seller even provided contradictory and time-inconsistent “evidence” that shows changes must have happened before my purchase – yet Kinguin still chose to stand behind the seller and treat me as if I were lying.
Instead of protecting the customer, I was repeatedly asked to log into these foreign accounts and “restore” credentials I never touched – basically being pushed to do exactly what I refused to do from the beginning, and what could itself get PSN accounts banned. To me, this feels like a highly questionable, almost scam-like business model. I will not use Kinguin again and can only strongly warn others against buying these account-based products.

They said i need to wait for a reaction of the seller....48 hours have passed and no response from the seller ...ive put a complaint online with the belgian ministery of commerce to add kinguin to a list of scam websites
This was the worst expierence ever and i dont think i will ever get my money back .

Comprato da Kinguin un account spotify premium 12 mesi dichiarato nell'offerta Region Free ed utilizzabile in Italia. In realtà si trattava di parte di un account multiutenza e tra l'altro "egiziano" e, ovviamente essendo utilizzato fuori dall'Egitto, dopo circa un mese l'account è stato revocato da Spotify.
Ho chiesto spiegazioni e rimborso all' assistenza Kinguin, ho ricevuto questa risposta:
"Dopo aver indagato su questo caso, abbiamo stabilito che il prodotto è stato consegnato come descritto e che tutti i dettagli di accesso necessari sono stati forniti e utilizzati con successo. Una volta effettuato l'accesso a un account e protetto dall'aggiornamento delle credenziali di accesso, l'utente finale è responsabile del mantenimento della sicurezza dell'account. Purtroppo, date queste circostanze e poiché è passato un po' di tempo dall'acquisto, non siamo in grado di offrire un rimborso o una sostituzione."
Certo ma se l'account è irregolare e non valido in Italia?
Diffidate di Kinguin, sono poco chiari, falsi e non rispondono delle loro responsabilità.

Warning! I advise against purchasing from this platform, especially from "turkepinstore." I bought a Spotify account for three months, but after two days I was logged out and the seller changed my login details. Support is either unhelpful or unwilling to help. Negative reviews are not published. Kinguin's policy is designed to encourage sellers to cheat. Support doesn't understand the mechanisms for regaining access to an account and selling it to someone else. Just because the seller sent a login and password and the buyer changed the password doesn't prevent the seller from recovering it. As compensation for the fraud, they gave me a discount code for my next purchase, which is pathetic. I advise everyone against shopping on Kinguin because this platform is a complete scam.

I purchased a one year PlayStation plus subscription from what I think is a shared account. With less than one month of usage, I couldn't use the subscription for half a day because it seems the account had too many users. The problem was sorted only one day late. I submited a ticket ******* so they could investigate what happen and to make sure I would not have another day with this situation. The client support team was very bad and didn't even read my ticket properly. The result, they closed it and I don't know what happened and if this is going to happen again. I really don't recommend this website.

This is a horrible place to buy keys from. They domt have specifics on anything in the titles. They let people sell anything down to promotional game card vouchers. Which I’m pretty sure can’t be transferred so that’s illegal in itself. The customer service isn’t good at all. It dosent matter if you dont use products, I guess once you see the code or whatever you cant refund it. Although I didn’t see anything to refund it before claiming?! So idk. The sellers are unresponsive, I feel like the only people this is geared to are scammers. Normal everyday people are def gonna get ripped off. Just wait for Eneba or GreenMan Gaming for deals. This place definitely is a shell of what it used to be. I used to like this website.
