Stolen code, no refund
Made a purchase, code didn't work. Provided screenshots of error which suggests something shady wrong with the code (IE stolen). Refused a replacement or refund. Won't shop there again.

Stay away from Kinguin
my experience is pretty much the same as I am reading here and around the web. I bought a steam key, and it was a duplicate or already redeemed. In trying to resolve with Kinguin, they continue to keep requesting different configurations of screenshots and links, and now I am just abandoning the purchase. I will spread this review to as many places as I can, so that others can avoid my loss. I would strongly recommend you to stay away from Kinguin, as there are many other similar vendors that I've never had a problem with.

Dragon dogma 2 key invalid because already used
First of all sorry for my english i am french.
I bought a Dragon Dogma Key for 40euros the 17/04/2024.
The key was "Duplicate" and already used by someone else.
I opened a ticket number "B8H229E8ADE0". Now we are the 20/04/2024, It's been 3 days i am talking with them by mail but still not get a refund or a valid key.
This is very frustrating because i did not reveived what i paid for and i have to wait and wait.
I don't even know why it is taking so long time to solve their mistakes.
I will update this review if they treat me with respect and refund me or give me a valid key.

It's a gray-market key reseller filled with scammers at best. They even charge buyers a "processing fee", while it's actually a fee to defense these scammers against consumers there. Don't ever risk your money and personal information, if they mean anything to you at all.

Company is allowing merchant to post items and images of content suppose to be included (say fallout 4 game of the year edition with each dlc picture/name/price of everything included but then only selling 2 of the 4 products listed with the same name as the normal bundle and will not refund or help in anyway get the products shown in listing)
This is a scam site they allow false advertising, the product images are allowed to be included in the listing even if it's not included in the bundle
The images do not match the product so please beware. No support or refund for products and content that don't match listing. Don't find out the hard way just don't waste ur money on this site. Spend the extra .30 to go somewhere else

DO NOT GET SCAMMED!
Site sells out of stock codes and issues refunds as in-site currency. Refunds to original payment methods take up to 5 days to show in your bank account (if you’re lucky enough to get a refund) after checking your bank account for refunds you realise they have charged you two seperate times and so you message them and they claim they have no evidence of 2 seperate payments being made when they have all the evidence to support your claims and they’re able to reverse it but they lie and send you repeated automatic messages as if they didn’t even read what you said or look at the screenshots they asked for to prove they’ve scammed you twice.

Do not buy from kinguin at all. I made 2 purchases and they went well so I trusted them and on my third time buying from them they have sold something that was out of stock and so when I’ve asked for a refund they have issued store credit instead of putting the money back in my fking account and after messaging them they have said they will refund me money and it will take up to five days. When I’ve gone and checked my damn account, they’ve made 2 fvcking transactions amounting up to $150 and when I’ve messaged them again they tell me there is no evidence of there having been 2 transactions and to show screenshots of the transactions. Ive then taken screenshots of my bank statement and they’ve then messaged the exact same ‘send screenshots of transaction’ message they sent the first time! This website is a scam so don’t trust giving them your bank details, they still have not issued a refund.

It's a paradise for scammers. You have 50% chance to get invalid keys and there's another 50% chance that customer service can't solve it. Don't risk your hard earned money there.

Lt. Spotify "inoffizieller Wiederverkäufer"
Mein Spotify-Account wurde nach dem Einlösen der Geschenkkarten wegen "verdächtiger Aktivitäten" erst gesperrt und dann die Premium-Zeit seitens Spotify annulliert. Laut Spotify-Support handelt es sich um einen "inoffiziellen Wiederverkäufer". Kinguin weigert sich, die Geschenkkarten/Voucher zu erstatten.
Der Kundensupport seitens Kinguin beschränkt sich darauf, dass ich als Kunde endlose Nachweise und Screenshots einsenden durfte und nach jeder geklärten Frage schlicht eine weitere Bitte nach Nachweisen und Screenshots zu einem neuen Thema erfolgt. Es kommt einem so vor, als solle der Kunde schlicht zermürbt werden bis aufgegeben wird.
