Scammers They are purposefully trying to scam me stay away from this place. They are literally trying to rob me and trick me into buying something overpriced through false advertising. Don't buy codes from this place they will rip you off and play it off like they have no clue. I hope I can get my money back from these coward weasels. Bought Stalker trilogy and they tried to scam me into only giving me one game. Paid $30 for an old game when I thought I was getting the trilogy. Will never use this place again in the future

Steam Account Stolen I bought a steam account with a key inside (black mith wukong-order SX466AA5C160) after 2 weeks it was taken away, I can't log in anymore, they changed email and password probably via recovery email, the support is useless (probably bots) in 3 weeks and about twenty messages they asked me the same 2 things several times, only wasting time but not solving anything, They are on the side of the thieving merchant, obviously it is convenient for both of them to resell the same account many times. Do not buy steam accounts if you also do not want to waste money and time with the support.

Key does not work Both a key for the Path of Exile Early Access from reseller BCT ONLINE. It stopped working after some days. The support is not helpful and want more and more information to prove the case. So I lost my money and have no access. Dot use resellers anymore, is not worth it.

Purchased Monster Hunter: World from Kinguin with no problem, however for its expansion DLC Monster Hunter: World Iceborne which I bought from the seller USA Software and Games the activation of the key results in an error saying it is not available in my region despite the page specifically saying that the key is not region locked. Tried contacting the merchant and have not received a reply. Trying to contact costumer support as well.

I had a highly disappointing experience… I had a highly disappointing experience with kinguin / BCT ONLINE. I encountered an issue with my order (Order Number: A3B707F821B7) that has yet to be resolved. Despite reaching out multiple times and waiting for a considerable amount of time, I have not received a satisfactory response or solution. As a customer I value clear communication and timely resolution of problems. Unfortunately, this experience has shown a lack of both. The product/service did not function as expected (as evidenced by the attachments I provided), and the delays in addressing the matter have caused unnecessary frustration and wasted time. I hope the company takes this feedback seriously and improves its customer service process to ensure that others do not face similar issues. At this time, I cannot recommend their service/product based on my experience. Under consumer protection laws, including the Consumer Rights Act and applicable international regulations, customers are entitled to timely and effective support, especially when a product or service fails to meet expectations. I'll update this comment if the problem is solved.

Merchant scam Ordered black ops 6 through alter gift, well worst possible option ever, DO NOT TRUST THIS. Firstly, the merchant promises he will send the game after 72 hours after purchase. So I added the Battle.net ID of the merchant. After 72 hours, I messaged the merchant my order ID. Suddenly, he says it will take 92 hours. After all that he says yeah I can't send the game because I reached the gift limits. Just wait another extra day and I will send it to you tomorrow. You can apply for a refund, I will give back your money instantly. Now guess what, he suddenly went offline or blocked me. Neither did I get my refund or my game. I tried to contact Kinguin with the live chat, well no real person with only bullshit responses without any solution or anything to refund my money back or get another key. Submitted a ticket with no response. Submitted a ticket to complain about the merchant also no response. Should I take legal actions?

Subscription Purchased but Not Working – Very Disappointed! I purchased a subscription that turned out to be completely unusable due to hidden conditions that were not clearly stated in the product title. It is unacceptable for a seller to hide such important information in the product description. If a subscription only works under specific conditions or has an expiration date, this must be clearly stated in the title—not buried in fine print. This lack of transparency puts all the risk on the buyer. To make matters worse, when I tried to use the code provided, the website stated that the code does not exist in their system. The seller claims that this is because I did not meet certain conditions supposedly specified in the description, but this is just what they say. This excuse seems like an attempt to justify selling a non-functional product. Furthermore, I have contacted customer service multiple times over the last three days, explaining the situation and requesting a refund, but have received no meaningful response. Instead, I got a generic message saying: 'Hello, Your case has not been updated in the last 24 hours. It will be automatically closed in the next 72 hours if no further activity is detected. Kind Regards, Kinguin Customer Service' This is outrageous—customer service has not addressed the issue at all and now threatens to close the case without resolution or explanation. Be warned: the product you purchase may turn out to be useless, and their customer support might not help you. Avoid buying from sellers who do not provide clear information and fail to support their customers.

All four keys were pirated All four Corel product keys they sold me were verified by Corel as pirated. The software authorized OK, but Corel wouldn't recognize it as a legitimate installation. When I tried Kinguin's link to report the bad keys it repeatedly told me the service was unavailable and to try again later. An invalid key had to be reported within 48 hours of downloading and I was unable to do so. I contacted via an email link including my Corel correspondence. For over a week Kinguin kept giving me a runaround asking for information I'd already provided. I would strongly recommend avoiding this company.

Well apparently according to customer service this site is not responsible for anything on this site. if you are a scammer or thief then this site is a haven for you with no consequences. Naturally that means I was not refunded.
