Although I had a disappointing start with Kings Travel due to their initial unprofessional and unresponsive communication, I appreciate that my parent still wanted to proceed with the booking. I would like to acknowledge that Kings Travel apologized for their earlier shortcomings and provided the necessary information for the trip. Despite the rocky start, I must admit that the trip itself was enjoyable, according to my parent.
