Place is perfect for family/friends get together. Rooms were clean and spacious to accommodate large families. A bit far from the city center, however food delivery is available at the door step. Extremely helpful staff. Overall a decent stay.

Kingston Villa has been one of my best experiences on Airbnb. Dr. Tanmay is indeed a great host, he helped us throughout our booking. The place is absolutely spectacular with all the amenities a vacationer needs. The food is cooked inhouse by the chef and service is amazing. The caretaker is readily available and helpful in nature. There are lot of activities to do; swimming pool, pool table, foosball. Overall, hospitality at its best and will recommend Kingston Villa Lonavala.

It was amazing experience . Everything is over there it's to big villa 4 bhk surrounded by full nature view swimming pool indoor outdoor games music party rooms all things availability. Kitchen and all facilities available.amazing place to visit with friends and family.

Absolutely amazing place to stay for a group of 10-15 people. Well maintained, clean and spacious rooms. Must try !!!!! Suggestion - Please put signages for easy accessibility. It was difficult for us to find the exact road leading to villa for the 1st time.

We have stayed for Kingston Villa for 2 nights for our baby b'day celebration. It was really memorable experience. First of all location is very nice one. Away from Lonavala city and mountain view from terrace. We had lot of fun in Swimming pool and played games like Fussball, Pool, Carrom. Tanmay helped us for finalizing Food menu options, decorator, photographer, BBQ and restaurant places to visit. Caretaker Santosh is really nice man. He arranged all things very well. Thanks again.

Had recently gone there to celebrate my bday along with friends !! TRULY AMAZING PLACE . Everyone was skeptical about cleanliness but once we reached it was very well cleaned for furnished. They even helped up with decorating the hall as pool area couldnt cz of rains. Very helpful people . The caretaker is sweet too doesn't interfere at all . Plus villa is big enough to accommodate many guests. To say its 5bhk but 2 rooms have beds enough for 6 people to sleep on. They have games and all too. The seating area was good too, over that good eating options nearby . All in a line , worth the stay... !!!

Santosh and his family looks after the villa and their services were commendable.
