Regarding the delay in your order, we did call and apologized profusely for the inconvenience it caused you. We understand that your time is valuable, and we aim to meet our estimated delivery times consistently. Unfortunately, on that particular evening, the riders were booked up. As we explained these are on demand riders used by various restaurants, which make them particularly busy especially on the weekend. We always strive to provide excellent customer service, and any lapse in this regard is genuinely regrettable. Constructive feedback is invaluable for our improvement, and it can be communicated without being divisive or disparaging. With that being said, we would like to reiterate how extremely sorry we are for the delivery mishap. Although a sincere apology may not fully remedy the situation in this day and age, we hope you understand that we take customer satisfaction seriously and deeply regret the inconvenience you experienced. We hope you will accept this public apology as us “offering something”. In your words the “Food is definitely authentic and delicious”, yet you have never shared this positive experience previously. Dear Nouf, we have advertised for months that our restaurant has moved to Mushrif Mall food court. We have communicated this on all our social media channels as well as reached out to our customers directly. We are sorry you were not updated with this information.
