The ZIP-line itself is great! And the guys who go down with you are very helpful.But they ask you to buy a photo package for $10 which you don't receive and you have to pay for a locker of $5 at the location for your stuff, the ladies over there are not nice. I added photos of the communication with the number +1 (786) 824-1504 on the business card, I received the card when I paid for the package $10 for photos whom I haven't received.The business card, strange is that the number is +1 for US i.o. +504 for Honduras.With the text they promise that you receive the photos/link within 48hours.I booked this via Royal Carribean, I will also address this to them.

Zip lining through the Jungle: a must do!
This was such a cool experience. We visited Roatan on a recent cruise and booked the King Kong extreme zip line excursion. The entire crew was so well organized, and we felt safe the entire time. They took the time to explain the instructions and we never felt rushed or pressured. They also ensured that we were having a GREAT time! It’s evident that the entire crew really like and respect each other. Everything operated so smoothly and efficiently. We did this with our 2 girls, aged 16 and 13 and it was a highlight of their trip. Would definitely recommend Poncho and his crew to anyone looking for adventure in Roatan! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

King Kong Zipline in Roatan
We booked this excursion thru Royal Caribbean. We had a wonderful time. The guides are very good and explain everything well. I am afraid of heights. The main guide let me Zipline with him. They also have a few monkeys and sloths that you can interact with. It was amazing! Highly recommend!

The zip line portion was great. But I feel I got scammed on the photo part. I paid $30 for pictures for myself and 2 daughters and have not received them. We went zip lining on Tuesday. Tried contacting with number on their card.. nothing. Very disappointed with that part.

Good ziplines, not so good customer service
My family had an overall good trip to King Kong Extreme Zipline. The ziplines were fun, and the guides good. We selected the option for ziplines only, and we did a total of 10 lines. The website is a bit hard to navigate, but an option does exist for ziplines only. I communicated questions via WhatsApp and the staff was responsive. Our only issue was confusion around the port we arrived at. I told them the ship we were arriving on, and they said transportation was included. When we arrived in port, our transportation was not there since we were at the Mahogany Bay port. I contacted them again via WhatsApp, and someone came to pick us up. After we completed the ziplines and were about to be taken back to our ship, one of the people working there flagged us down and accused me of lying about which port we were coming into for pickup and told us we needed to pay for transportation. I told her we gave them the ship name, and they should have known where we were arriving. It ended up costing us an extra $59 ($50 + taxes) for the roundtrip transportation. I would have been fine paying for the transportation had this been told to us up front and I was not accused of lying to them. The employee's entire way of approaching this situation was terrible, and not once did they apologize for the transportation mixup.5 stars for ziplining. 1 star for terrible customer service at the end.

Great experience and support.
Reviewed my original review to give them 5 stars. They have worked with me the pasts 2-3 days to retrieve my pictures and they did. I would recommend this tour to everyone. The guides are great and funny. They make everyone feel comfortable and explain everything(sometimes reexplain lol) very well. Great views great time! Highly recommended even if you are unsure!!

Great First Time Experience, Equally Great Customer Service
We cruised, so we were picked up at the port by bus - the traffic is crazy there! We purchased photos while waiting for the bus to take us to the lines. Once there, we signed waivers & got suited up. My husband is big, and they were great about making it work & ensuring his safety!! We were given good instruction once we got to the lines. Everyone was friendly, and we felt safe the entire time. My youngest was 9, so stopping himself was a concern, but they have safety measures for that as well. We had a GREAT time for our first time ever doing this! My husband is scared of heights, and even he loved it!! I never received our photographs, and I reach out now, in December & got an immediate response from the manager, & he was able to locate and send my photos to me!! SUPER IMPRESSIVE service!!

Excellent experience..Definitely one of the best ziplines i have done. Great team, very friendly and lost of fun. They really made you feel safe and provided lots of laughs. Best of all..very kid friendly. Definitely recommend to any looking for a fun, family excursion.

Don’t pay for photos. I am so disappointed that I Paid for photos for me and my daughters and not only did I not get the photos but no one from the company has replied to my requests for help via their website or WhatsApp number. What kind of business doesn’t reply to messages asking for help?

A lot of Fun! But be careful with the employees selling Photo package in the port.
The zip line is awesome, great guides! I was very nervous because I am afraid of heights but the guides make me feel very comfortable and we all have a lot of fun. The only thing I want everyone to be aware is the Photo package the sell you at the port when you are waiting for the transportation to the Zip Line Park. We book this as an excursion from Royal Caribbean but a lady that works with the King Kong Extreme Zip Line was the one selling the photo package in the port, not Royal Caribbean. She told everyone that they will email the pictures in two days and We haven't received anything. Tried to email, call or check their website and anything work. Looks like a scam to me. So DO NOT BUY PHOTO PACKAGE FROM THE ZIP LINE EMPLOYEES IN THE PORT.

A Wonderful Family Adventure
If in Roatan, Honduras, you have to do the King Kong Extreme Zipline! We (two adults and one 10 year old) were on a RCL Cruise and booked this amazing fun experience. From the time we left the ship everyone from the bus driver to the guides were just great. The views were amazing and the adrenaline rush was great. I would highly recommend this wonderful family experience.

We had an amazing time zip lining and visiting with the sloths and monkeys. The guides were very nice, professional and funny. And we had a lady who was very scared and the Lead Guide (Shadow) went tandem with her for all 12 zip lines. Our guide Ivis was also very great (and I’m sorry I ran out of cash to give you a tip at the end. Also, after the sloths and monkeys go eat at the restaurant! The food was amazing! The fish, lobster tails, shrimp and conch. And try the plantains even if you don’t like plantains!!!
