Happy with this company, bouncy castle worked really well. Set up without any fuss, arrived promptly on the day and products were all good quality. Liked that we could order items to go with the bouncy castle to make the party even better. Only thing I would add, it would be really helpful if you could send a reminder/confirmation e mail to confirm delivery was expected a day or two before the party. On the day, I just was not sure this was going to turn up. I hadn’t heard anything since my payment confirmation. Thankfully, the driver was contactable on the day and able to confirm. As the whole party rests on this turning up, a little reassurance all was well the day before would have been even better.
