Teresa is the most wonderful and lovely lady, a Mexican mom who loves having people over. After showing me the instructions to get in and how to get the 2nd floor apartment through the kitchen, you feel nothing less than outmost privacy and security. Lovely people and lovely apartment.

I can't say enough good things about this place! Guillermo and Teresa were so gracious and hospitable (and we fell in love with their husky, Hades 🐶), their home is beautifully decorated, and the suite where we were housed is spacious and perfect for two for a few days' stay. The private terrace is as beautiful as it looks in the photos and is perfect for coffee. We also really appreciated Guillermo's local recommendations when we arrived. You also can't beat the location -- there are a dozen amazing coffee and taco shops within a 5 minute walk. Our hosts were also kind enough to let us store our luggage in their living room for a few hours after checkout. This being is a rooftop suite, you have to climb a fairly steep metal staircase to get to the top. This wasn't a problem for us (and is not uncommon in CDMX), but if you have serious mobility issues, you may have some trouble. We loved our stay here and would 100% book again. You should too!

I loved staying here, a perfect little retreat for a month. This was my 6th visit to Mexico City and I have stayed in a number of hotels, other Airbnbs, and this - by far - felt the most homey and cozy.

I had a fantastic stay here. My flight got in a little early and the hosts were nice enough to accomidate me. As a solo traveler in another country it was great to be able to have someone to talk with but also my unit was modern/spacious with a patio so I had my own private space. This unit is really a gem, I will be returning to stay here again and again.

Tuve una estancia muy cómoda. El lugar está increíble, con una decoración de muy buen gusto y una ubicación inmejorable a solo 400 metros del Centro de Convenciones, lo cual fue perfecto para mi viaje de trabajo.Tuve un inconveniente puntual con el suministro de agua en la regadera debido a una falla externa por parte del municipio; sin embargo, me gustaría destacar la impecable actitud del anfitrión. A pesar de que fue una situación ajena a su control, hizo todo lo posible de forma inmediata para apoyarme y solucionar el contratiempo.Agradezco mucho su disposición y profesionalismo. Es una excelente opción en Mérida y sin duda volvería a hospedarme aquí.

I will always stay with Guillermo & Teresa whenever I visit CDMX or Mérida. They are responsive & helpful whenever I had questions about check-in, things to do, etc. The bedding is solid 10/10, I always sleep like a baby! the kitchenette is convenient because I like to make tea and eat some light snacks during my travels. Water pressure was good during the entire stay except when there was a short-lived outage but the water was back on quickly.

Guillermo's family was extremely welcoming and even held our luggage for us as we we're early for check-in! The place was BEAUTIFUL, quiet, and surrounded by nature, great food and even better coffee shops!! I would highly recommend staying here :)
