This is fake location given by owner Kim. No shop exists at this locaiton, and even she quotes along double rate for the cakes. Bad on her part to tag wrong geogrphic locaiton on Google maps. She says it's a cloud kitchen, then why you have put location at Immadihalli. Pathetic.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We take every review seriously, whether positive or negative. However, after checking our records, we were unable to find any purchase made by you. And I do recall our conversation with you that you wanted to place a cake order with us.
As I mentioned in our conversation, I stated to you that we are cloud kitchen setup and we don’t have a physical shop. I am not sure if you are aware of what is “cloud kitchen” set up - please give yourself a bit research on this subject. There a 100+ cloud kitchen set up exists in Whitefield alone.
To point out your review question – you have reviewed here saying it’s a fake location given by me and no shop exists, this is exactly what I would like to refrain here is that its “Cloud Kitchen Set up” and no visitors allowed. Our Location is in Immadihalli - Whitefield which is a production unit and this unit exists since 2018 and again it’s a “Cloud Kitchen Set Up. In Google we have clearly stated that it’s a delivery service and no seating or dining allowed.
When it comes to pricing – I can understand that you felt our prices are high – every product pricing varies by business entities based on various factors. We always aim to provide an authentic and reliable experience for all our customers through our web portal and offline (Telephone), and we assure you that we are a legitimate business dedicated to offering high-quality products.
We don’t have any offers like buy “1kg and get half kg free”, there may be other cloud kitchens or shops may have this offer but not us. We continuously review our prices to remain competitive while maintaining the quality of the products we offer. We also run various promotions and discounts throughout the year to make our products more accessible to all customers.

The cake was average and she overcharged me rs 4500 for a 3 kg cake which I think is exorbitant charge. Though they delivered late the cake had the image replica that we had requested. But it a lot of cream though we had requested less cream. I would not recommend them as they overcharge the customer.

Looking at the very good reviews, thought I will give it a try for my son 5th birthday. We ordered a pine apple cake and had asked for the cake to 'not be very soggy'. To our horror it came very dry, almost no sugar syrup. Our son disliked his cake and we were disheartened too. The cake also had a powdery texture, hard to explain, but very similar to the ones you get from the online shops like FNP. I am convinced that places like Sweet Chariot still offer the best cakes in Bangalore.
