Good place

welcoming atmosphere, good service

We got married here 10th May 2024. We couldn't have asked for better place to have our wedding. Susan and Joan were always on hand if there were any questions or problems on our wedding day and the lead up to our big day. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly throughout our wedding day and on every visit to the hotel. We cannot recommend Killarney Heights enough. The food was fantastic even our guests were talking about it for days afterwards. The hotel accommodated most of our guests which was amazing, so they could party on and not worry about missing out on dancing and the sing song afterparty.

Fantastic Hotel with exceptionally trained staff. Food is off a very high standard. Rooms are beautifully decorated and very clean and comfortable. Ample car parking facilities

The hotel is a little old and it shows.

Les + Le personnel est une extrême gentillesse, l’hôtel est très chaleureux, les chambres récente et propre, l’hôtel à 15 / 20 minutes du centre-ville à pied. Les - Le petit déjeuner mérite d’être un peu plus garni, un peu d’eau de javel sur les joints de la douche serait bien.

Our stay at Killarney Heights Hotel was fantastic! The hotel is set in a lovely location with beautiful views of the surrounding landscape. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable, providing a perfect place to relax after a day of exploring Killarney. The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. We also enjoyed the delicious food at the hotel restaurant, which featured a great selection of local dishes. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Very poor service at a christening had to go looking for waiter to get coffee never offered refill, also several coeliacs in the group and eventually after chasing staff gluten free sandwiches were brought ,coeliac disease is not a fashion it is a disease so should be catered for at all times

Had a lovely stay here while on a work trip. The hotel itself is located just a short walk from the town it’s self the rooms are spotless and offers a lovely bar on the hotel grounds.

Excellent Hotel to a very high standard. Dropped in for lunch on the way from Tralee. However the service was poor. Alot of staff but very disorganised.

Hotel was excellent. Staff very friendly, decent breakfast also. Two small issues. We had to leave our window open at night as room was very warm (no AC). The service entrance appeared to be below us. The noise from people going on and out and talking was extremely loud. We were kept awake and woken up both nights with the noise. We could hear 2 staff members at 2.30am discussing their shifts the next day. There was noise from the door opening and closing and what appeared to be bottles or delph being moved about. On our departure we were not asked did we enjoy our stay, was everything OK? I would have told them about the noise at that point!

Love the peace and quiet of the hotel, bed a little soft for me. Look at the setup of breakfast area though, I thought side plates should be available there and a better toaster. Every thing else was great, receptionists were very friendly and helpful, keep up the great work thanks
