Liar and money stealer Stay clear of this company. They are liars and thief’s. We went on safari with them back in august which was not great in itself due to staff being unhelpful and miserable. We paid an extra 1000 USD for a balloon safari which got cancelled due to weather which is fair, Killi holidays has still not refunded our money despite the balloon company proving they sent them the money. Owner Mack consistently makes up excuses as why he can’t transfer the money and we have been more than patient waiting 6 months. This is too much money for us to lose.

Great experience! We did a 10 days with Kiliholidays. 6 days Kilimanjaro climbing + 4 days safari (Lake Manyara, Serengeti and Ngorongoro Crater). Everyting went very well! Mack was always responsive, and he had us with great guides for both parts of our trip. Gabriel (for Kilimanjaro) is great. Very professional and experienced! And Godson (for the Safari) is a very special guide! Very professional, very experienced! We highly recommended Kiliholidays with such great level of services like we had: also thumbs up for those two leaders guides that did an awesome job!

Great company Couldn't have asked for a better company, guides/porters on our hike were superb, kept us going throughout the hike and even managed to finish in 6 days rather than 7 thanks to the guides(Raymond, tumaini and dixon) recognising that we were comfortable with the pace and altitude. All the porters were very friendly and couldn't do enough to help. (julius, emmanuel, jift) these are just names that stand out personally to me but every single porter was brilliant. We were very surprised at how well fed we were on the mountain, most of us expected to lose weight hiking but there is a good chance that we gained it with the amount and the quality of the food on offer (chef Juma). We also did 4 days on safari and our driver Thomas was very good. He could spot animals way before any of us spotted them and he was very good at answering any questions we had about them. He was also very happy to drive us around Arusha to get beers on our rest days. The main man Mack was very helpful in organising the trip and was always just a whatsapp message away. The trip was actually rearranged 3 times and he made this very stressless. Would definitely recommend using kiliholidays to anyone thinking of hiking or going on safari.

Kilimanjaro trek I just got back from this tour and they were superb, From start to finish they couldn’t have done enough for me. The guides and porters on the mountain were brilliant and couldn’t do enough for you to help you. I Done the Kilimanjaro trek but while I was up a family member passed so I couldn’t do the safari Which was planned after it. I told mac this and he was brilliant with me making sure all my flights were sorted home and my transport to the airport was sorted. The variety of food on the mountain was astounding every day 3 completely different fresh meals with something for everyone. I can’t recomend this group enough as they were brilliant from start to finish and made this once in a lifetime experience one I won’t forget.

Recomendable 200% Hemos hecho con ellos el Trekking al kilimanjaro de 7 días por la ruta Machame y un safari de 7 días por serenguetti, Ngorongoro y lago victoria. Ha ido todo genial. El kilimanjaro ha sido espectacular, Franck, saline, Kasian y todos los porteadores nos han tratado genial y la comida buenísima; ha sido una experiencia que no olvidaré jamás y de la que estoy enormemente agradecida, son todos unos cracks -especialmente a Frank que me llevó a la cumbre-. Tras el Trekking (recomiendo un día de descanso en arusha, como hicimos nosotros, no por el esfuerzo físico, si no por no dormir apenas en 6 días) hicimos un safari de 7 días. Nuestro guía muddy majisimo también, en español por un extra. Había hecho un safari hacía años en masái Mara y nada que ver a la barbaridad de animales que se ven en serenguetti y Ngorongoro, pero una salvajada. Y los hoteles y tienda de campaña increíbles, pero increíbles. Lo mejor la calidad-precio, los hotelazos en los que te alojas, el Trekking al kilimanjaro y demás nada que ver a cualquier agencia en españa u otras agencias locales. Unos familiares van a venir y por supuesto, lo haremos con ellos. Desde aquí mil gracias por hacer que este viaje sea uno de los mejores de mi vida

Amazing safari in Tanzania with Edward! My husband and I honeymooned in Tanzania and went on the most amazing 5-day safari with Kiliholidays. Edward was our guide and he was so great—helpful, accommodating, punctual, easy to communicate with, and a great person to spend a week with. He took us to all the most beautiful spots throughout the Serengeti, Ngorongoro crater, and Tarangire and had a great eye for spotting animals. We had the most unbelievable week and can’t thank Edward and Kiliholidays enough!

Great Our trek to Mount Meru was great, our guide Frank was nice and helpful and the cook Cassian was really good, we ate better than we could ever expect on a mountain. The whole team (with porters) was very nice and overall the experience was great. Side note: We booked four days because we were not sure we could have descended the whole mountain the same day after reaching the peak at dawn, but then managed to do everything in three days. We could not have a refund from Kiliholidays (which however paid all staff for the four days, as we hoped, so we are fine with it), nor for the government taxes like park fees (as we would expect). If we knew we could have booked for three days and extended (in case of necessity) we would have done it. My suggestion: if you think you cannot make it in three days, try it, you will have always time to pay the extra day!

Amazing experience! Highly recommended We had an incredible experience with Kiliholidays. Mack the manager made sure to tailor our itinerary according to our flight, and that he booked us in for the best medium range accomodation, which was in fact luxury. Our guide Godson was absolutely amazing, so professional and knowledgeable. His driving is perfect, calm and composed. With him, we saw literally all the animals we could possibly see in our 3 days, including the difficult to see big cats. We learned so much from him about the animal kingdom, nature, and about Tanzania as a whole. Would highly recommend Kiliholidays to anyone looking for a once in a lifetime experience! I won’t post any animal photos to keep it as a surprise

Contudo, a experiência foi incrível, muito graças ao nosso guia, o Edward. Foi muito atencioso, gentil, cuidadoso e muito experiente. Sempre que tínhamos alguma dúvida, respondíamos prontamente, e ainda nos dava alguma informação “extra” e bastante interessante. Foi bastante interativo e muito seguro na condução. A forma como liderou o nosso Safari, dirigindo-se para alguns “pontos-chave”, permitiu-nos observar a maior parte dos animais de perto. Cada dia passado foi uma aventura muito especial enriquecedora. Initially our Safari would be 4 days 3 nights but due to a delay in the arrival flight to Tanzania we can only do 3 days 2 nights. However, the experience was amazing, thanks largely to our guide, Edward. He was very considerate, kind, caring and very knowledgeable. Whenever we had any questions, we responded promptly, and even gave us some “extra” and very interesting information. It was very interactive and very safe to drive. The way he led our Safari, heading to some “key points”, allowed us to observe most of the animals up close. Every day spent was a very special enriching adventure. Great experience with kiliholidays! Our multi day journey through the Machame  was very first rate by the kiliholidays Team. The journey is really not so intense, notwithstanding its tallness of 5895 Meters. We observed it to be very reasonable, particularly with our guide's assistance (Basta, Laurian and Richard! ). Recommend Kilihokidays What an undertaking. From the rainforest to the elevated desert. Awesome perspectives on the Machame course. kiliholidays worked effectively. They are a neighborhood organization and in addition to the fact that they organized the mountain journey, yet they dealt with all our air terminal exchanges, safari. The mountain is a hard move because of the height - which at last improved of me and made them drop in obscurity on culmination day rather than the last climb. Best experience ever! We lived it up with Kiliholidays during the trips to Kilimanjaro, Me and my better half did the Machame Route up to the highest point of Kilimanjaro, the most noteworthy point in Africa and it will be probably my best memory of life. Most due to the phenomenal gathering of explorers, watchmen and the best of every one of: the aides. On the off chance that you intend to go there request Basta, John, and Richard to be your aides and the stunning Musa that served us all suppers during nowadays and they all spread bliss and you had a sense of safety with them. After Kilimanjaro we went on a three-day safari, there we had with us two people from the climbing bunch, our #1 British couple Margret and Scott. We had the joy to be directed by the incomparable Edward that showed us a ton of creatures like lions, elephants, giraffes, and some more. The inns we remained at both in Arusha and by the safari were astonishing and we completely delighted in them. I don't have anything to gripe about during the entire excursion, everything went all around well from we loaded onto the plane (Ethiopian Airlines) in Poland until we were back once more. Extraordinary on account of Kiliholidays Team!

AMAZING EXPERIENCE! ---ENG Before leaving for Tanzania, we contacted several companies asking them to help us plan our 4-day private safari, depending on our interests and available budget (Tarangire, Serengeti and Ngorongoro). Kiliholidays proved to be, from the beginning, the company most concerned with clarifying the doubts of someone who, like us, was going to do this for the first time, making us trust, even if from a distance. Upon arrival, with the fantastic Edward, his ability to simplify and streamline a safari with many kilometers covered and little time available filled us with enthusiasm! Edward was, without a doubt, our best Tanzanian friend, not just a guide! He helped us learn about the country's history, told us endless curiosities about the wild animals we came across in the game-drives, solved unforeseen events and even helped my fiance prepare the most beautiful wedding proposal in the world (within the Serengeti National Park) :) For us, it is very important to hire services that meet our expectations and are carried out with professionalism. But above all, we like the person who accompanies us to be kind and able to relate to us with friendship and good spirits.
