Hi, I’ve been a long time customer of Kiddo. Throughout 2020 up till now, I’ve never had any issues with bookings or the carer. I’ve had exceptional experience and have made some long time friends with majority of my sitters. My kids have always been very well taken cared off and they have also built some strong bonds with their sitters. This app has helped me throughout the years as a single mum who just needed that extra help and this app/service was able to cater to my needs and more.

We have used kiddo for years and have always found the babysitters to be professional, friendly and caring towards our kids. Both kids (a very fussy 5 year old girl and a special needs boy) are always happy with who they’ve spent the evening with. I don’t often write reviews but am very happy to recommend this service to others knowing how good it is.

The Kiddo app was really handy. We were in town for a few weeks and needed a babysitter to help out with the kids. We were able to get a really great quality (and vetted) babysitter at short notice. The kids took to her instantly. Will definitely book again.

DO NOT TRUST THIS APP As a babysitter/nanny I would avoid this app. They do not care about what you have to say. I only got ONE job through kiddo then something was done to my account so I received nothing on the job board. I called, messsge, went through help desk which is obviously the owner and I got ghosted! There are other great apps I have found. Do not use this app!

Very Disappointed Stay Away at all costs It’s an absolute rip off, As a premium customer who has spent close to $1,000, I expected much better care, accountability, and refund support. I’ve cancelled my premium subscription and would not recommend the app. Despite clear instructions nanny took our baby outside in the cold without proper clothing and the child came down with fever next thing you know The nanny asked to cancel the booking and so we cancelled the booking, they took 213$ as cancellation policy it’s a complete rip off, stay away

I have only used the service 7 times but have been charged 14 times. One charge is as high as $280 aud. I have also been charged $49 for an ongoing care that I did not get to use because the nanny that accepted it kept cancelling. Kiddo has no one in customer service that I can talk to, I kept sending emails and they do not respond when it comes to giving a credit. This is very frustrating that no one cares and no one is answering or calling given they have all our information. Please Kiddo, don't make this hard for working mums like us. I don't know who else to turn to because you have no customer service number to call for concerns. Please do not charge for service that wasn't given. Edit: Credits were given after posting this review and after sending emails to them.

They don’t reply I have verified my WWCC as asked for - even though I think it is a bit of a rip off to pay to get it verified. Now on the app, it is still saying my WWCC is pending being verified even though this was done days ago. I’m yet to receive any response from the company, even emailing and contacting their instagram account multiple times. Looking at their instagram I can see they only promote female babysitters so there could be a hint of discrimination about not being given a response
