Awful company - lost $200 because they don’t do refunds of any kind!!
And to do a simple size exchange you have to pay for the re-shipping and fist send them photos of an unsalted product with tags still on!!
Never heard of such a joke policy.

I wish I could give this company a zero rating, this is the most horrible dishonest company I’ve dealt with.. first off shoes are shipping from Hong Kong that a red flag.. now I ordered two pairs of shoes over a month ago and still haven’t received them, the delivery service they use has no information on were the shoes are and neither do Kicks Crew now they are just waiting to see if you would just forget about them.. this company gets ZERO STARS from me

Frustrating and unhelpful service
Customer service needs serious improvement. After paying $35 for shipping, I waited four days with no updates. When I tried to cancel, I was hit with unreasonable refund terms—either lose 25% of my payment or accept a store credit. Communication from their team is unhelpful, slow, and poorly timed due to the time zone difference. It’s frustrating and disappointing. Unless you’re certain a reseller operates fully in the US, avoid the risk of delays and questionable practices.

Beware of hidden charges
My son saw a pair of shoes he wanted for $130. We clicked and found out they also included a $71 delivery charge. Very high, but perhaps this covers UPS charges and duty etc? Nope. Prior to delivery we got hit with another $63 charge for duty and various UPS charges, leaving me wondering what the original delivery fee was. Had they been at all transparent about the fact that the real cost would be more than double the price they posted, I could have at least made my decision with eyes wide open. Now I feel ripped off.
Do not order from this company
Order one pair of shoes. $35 dollars shipping which I thought was reasonable. UPS showed up at my door asking for $212.00 dollars to complete the delivery. If this was disclosed I would never have bought the shoes in the first place. DO NOT BUY anything from them. Total Crooks! Going to try to get my money back but I've got a bad feeling. Scam.. :(
Unprofessional
First off I'm military, and I didn't receive my shoes on the day that I was supposed to receive them. I waited 2 days later and emailed them. After that they wrote me stating that they would look into it, and they also stated that they would give me a tracking. I told them that since the shoes wasn't shipped that I would like a refund and they only offered to give me $10.00 off the purchase that I haven't received. I tried to search for the shoes with the tracking info that was given to me and it wouldn't come up. I'm no longer ordering anything from this company, I just thought that it would be handled better than this from a professional company.
The Worst Possible Customer Service
Tried to return my order. They asked for email confirmaiton, which I gave. Had to wait for their response. Then, they sent an email link with a return request form, which I filled out. They did not respond. The 3 day window passed, making my order unable to be returned. They kept my money and never responded…
I ordered my running shoes, precisely new balance superfuel on 17.01 via kick crew , the total was £205 including delivery cost, slightly cheaper than UK.
A few days later I get a notification that I will need to pay an import duty of £88 that would make the shoes cost £293 that’s way more than buying directly from UK at £230
I then email ,them and there response is that am liable, yet no accountability that these fee are not made upfront to customer, no one in their right mind will but shoes 1000miles away and wait for days when they are cheaper on my door step.
They have refused to accept and having found this site I now realise there is no point of returning the shoes as I will loose even more money.
Lease avails this site at all cost, not even if they shoes are being sold at £0 as there hidden cost! Scam

Do not buy from Kicks Crew. Scam. Paid over $500 Aus for some Jordan 3s, and with in the 2nd or 3rd time wearing them, the soles started to crack and disintegrate and fall away from the shoe. The box was damaged on arrival. When I emailed them and sent pictures regarding the issue, they just avoided the issue and kept replying they a real Jordan’s, like it was an automated computer response. 100% do not buy from this website. Dodgy as. Did not want to refund my money at all. They sell dodgy products. Don’t be sucked in. Search for your shoe you want elsewhere.

Flee! Never buy from them, you will lose your money or pay much more than the store next to you! They are crooks!!! Price of the shoe 71€ + 50 euros delivery costs + 35 euros unforeseen customs fees not clearly reported to the customer. 85€ shipping price! They are unscrupulous bandits! I never received my order!! I asked for the refund and I will never receive anything because there are additional costs for a so-called return or because the pair of shoes would have been destroyed by customs. So don't hope for anything. I lost more than 150€. A real scandal!! To be avoided! Never buy from this site. Let those around you know about it! Denounce this site! 25% cancellation fee ..Scamming company
This company is a complete SCAM.
I accidentally purchased an item from this company and I contacted their support team to cancel the order and they tried to bribe me with $10 off the order if I wish to keep it.
Which I clearly refused because I already requested to cancel since it was order by accident.
I was than advised that there is a 25% cancellation fee of the item price which is completely insane being that the item did not even ship yet and on their return policy theirs a 15%restocking fee + they don’t return their excessively high $35 shipping cost which mean they are not willing to take any losses and just want to scam buyers out of their money one way or another.
The company really need revise their policies or make it clearly visible so that buyers are they will be losing money regardless once a purchase is made. This information was not easy to find on their site until the support agent provided the “terms and conditions”.
Terrible company, terrible policy, terrible service. This is very much a scam company. Save your time and money and purchase instead with StockX or GOAT at least they provide better service and are more flexible with their cancellations policy to actually create a positive customer experience and retain customer relationships.

I recently purchased a pair of Air Jordan 1 High Zoom Comfort 'Multi-Color' from Kicks Crew and paid £41.00 for shipping, which I assumed would cover all delivery expenses. However, I was later contacted by the shipping company and asked to pay an additional £66.37 for outstanding Duty and VAT.
I was really disappointed, as there was no clear indication on the website that there would be extra fees on top of the already high shipping cost.
The lack of transparency around the final cost has made me hesitate to order from Kicks Crew again. If you’re considering buying from them, be prepared for potentially steep, unexpected charges on top of the shipping fee at checkout.
Buyer Beware
We recieved our order earlier this week. Kickscrew legit sent worn dirty shoes. They refused a return and partial refund because the kickscrew tag was cut off.
Absolutely horrendous! Do not waste your time and $$$.
They claimed that the marks were oxidization and occur over time. Let's be clear, the black dirt marks from someone handling the shoes and not washing their hands prior is what the black marks are from. Not oxidization
Also, we have the Kickscrew a.k.a kickscrew you over, tag and included it in the photos sent.
But because the zip tie like material was cut, they are claiming they can not verify that these were the shoes I ordered. Disgusting customer service. DO NOT SPEND YOUR DOLLARS HERE!
Worst company in the world 0 refund I wish I could give it 0 stars I bought an All Blacks shirt, they didn't accept the order because it came from China and by UPS in Canada UPS charges a lot of money for delivery. Point 1 I didn't know the origin of where the item came from and what company they sent it to. I returned the item 18 days ago, they never returned the money, they promised me 4 times and 0 refund
