I had a very disappointing experience at this KFC location. I specifically ordered a non-spicy Twister, but was served a very spicy one, which completely ruined my meal. On top of that, I asked for a Mirinda Orange, but was instead given a Pepsi without any explanation or apology. What made things worse was that I wasn’t allowed to sit inside the restaurant — I was told to sit outside in the heat, which was extremely uncomfortable. To add to the frustration, there were no washrooms available at the location, which is very inconvenient and unacceptable for a dine-in place. Overall, this visit was far below the standards I expect from KFC. I hope management takes feedback seriously and improves both the service and facilities.

Worst service provide cold and wastage full, first time visited from Karachi to Islamabad and tried the international chain KFC but the experience is worst here and quality feels bad. Again cold food and the great news manager is watching me doing pictures for bad reviews.
