3rd party booking sent check-in email to them rather than me but one short phone call and check-in information was sent within 5 minutes.

It was beautiful. We had everything we needed. It’s right on a beautiful canal of water. The location was just a few miles away from a lot of popular tourist spots that we visited.

Beautiful condo! Very clean and spacious and smelled so good! Lovely view. Great location to be in. Easy access to the keys and activities. Stayed with family of 4 with 2 teens. Would definitely stay again!

We loved our stay at Hawk’s Cay! Very cute and cozy! Beds upstairs are very comfortable. Pull out couch bed was ok - it could use a thicker mattress. Hot tub was great on patio , although it was a little too hot and temperature could not be adjusted. We loved sitting on the patio! Thanks again!

Im Gegensatz zu der ein Jahr vorher gebuchten Villa (7024) ist die Villa 7027 in einen deutlich schlechteren Zustand. Risse in Wände, kaputte Fenster (Schlafzimmer), verrostete Ablagefächer im Bad, dreckiges Geschirr, loose Türen an den Küchenschränken, usw. Hier sollte man renoviert werden.

nice location, views nice as well, we were told the pool heater would heat the pool to 88; we let them know it was too cool day 1- per them a tech came out and fixed - never reached even close to 88- we rented a house on the panhandle of Florida in March 2025 and the pool heat was set on 89 and floated from 88-89 in the pool; outside temps that week was 50-60 max; outside temps at Hawks Cay - Duck Key was 76-77… so a pool heater set on 88 would not have to work hard at all to maintain 88 … we asked for some credit on our bill - received zero help … that is their right I guess but poor customer service in my book … the pool heater needs repair or replacement. *** update/ I was told my request would be sent to management/ we will see …
We stayed here back in November and had a great time. The staff was very friendly and always there for any questions. Highly recommend.

What an absolutely beautiful place. Every single amenity of home and then some. I would highly recommend this place to anyone and everyone looking for a place to stay in the keys. It was just my husband and I in this house, but you could comfortably fit a family of six, without any difficulty. The balconies were such a great place to start and end our days. We spent a lot of time by the pool. And on top of all of this, we were welcomed with a wonderful goodie bag of snacks. If I could give this place more than five stars, I would
