Great location!! But the home needs some love. I would say that the pool needs the most work, as the floor is razor sharp! The kids fit are full of small cuts because the pool floor isn’t even and had pieces of it missing. The pool water wasn’t so clean and didn’t smell like chlorine, and that was a little concerning. The pool stairs railing was very loose and can be dangerous if you don’t hold in tight enough. The deck by the pool seems old and is uneven in some areas, I recommend wearing shoes. Also do not count on using the bbq in this home. It isn’t allowed per signage and isn’t approved by the fire marshal. The beds and rooms were fairly clean and the kitchen as well. The interior and exterior furniture needs some deep cleaning. Although the home seemed clean, the furniture is full of stains. The tiles inside the home are a dark red Spanish style floor that is very nice but I did mask how dirty they were until we saw the bottom of the kids feet even after a bath. Washer and dryer is an available amenity which is a great plus! The dryer is a bit old and takes a lot of time to dry anything. Overall check-in and checkout experience was easy. Not sure if I would come back unless the items above were improved. I hope this helps and the items above get the love they need. Thank you!

Amazing place. The unit was nice and big. Easy to communicate with owner. Very clean and had all the features necessary to stay.

We had a wonderful visit to the Keys. The house we stayed in was perfect. Had everything we needed and loved the private pool which was well kept. Marathon was close by and we were able to pick up everything we needed. Would definitely recommend this place and we will be back!!

If all you do is planning on sleeping, fine. But if you plan on hanging out, look somewhere else. The pool needs to be redone, missing tiles and finishing was so bad, it cut my children’s feet. Tiles throughout the place were cracked, lifted, or loose; so try not to stub a toe. WiFi is junk, phones and the TVs wouldn’t connect. We found trash in the back yard on our first day. They advertise cooking utensils, but there wasn’t even a pot big enough to boil spaghetti and there is absolutely no frying pans for bacon or eggs. AC only works upstairs, downstairs gets hot, hot and you’re not allowed to go below 73 with the AC. I sleep in my own home at 68. Smh. I won’t book here again.
