Terrible customer service, no phone # to call. All they do is file disputes repetetively..The companies respond back to the disputes, they (Key Credit) then refile the dispute, back/forth-no results-been using for 1 year with terrible results. complained electronical (since you cannot get alive person)-they said they would conduct an audit of my account-waited 7 mos no response and I was on a premium plan ($139 mo). Complete waste of my hopes, energy and $
These guys just kept taking months and months of my money and nothing changed. The simplest things like duplicate negative items on my report weren’t resolved. The accounts they told me they did contest yielded no results, and now, months later my report doesn’t even show the items as having been disputed. Finally their billing cycle is a scam, too. They make you pay for the month, but don’t “do work” until week 5. Making you pay again.

Key Credit Repair is a shadow of what it once was—a complete scam. Communication is non-existent; they never inform you when sending letters. We paid $200 for their ‘premium services,’ a total waste. The difference between the old days under Nic, the original owner who delivered results, is now night and day. The current staff is incompetent and lacks the necessary knowledge to manage your credit repair effectively.
They have this empty promise that if their ‘premium service’ doesn’t achieve what’s needed in 6 months, they’ll give you another six months free. Both my wife and I tried it, and it was utterly useless. Also, if there’s ever a fraud issue on your card and you miss a payment, be prepared to be overcharged.
After the initial six months, there’s zero follow-up. No checking in, no ‘we’re still here for you,’ nothing. It’s like you fall off the face of the earth as far as they’re concerned. I wouldn’t recommend this service to anyone. It’s a stark decline from when the owner cared more about fixing credit than traveling the world. Stay away!
This company is no good. I told the guy three months ago I was not interested in getting started and they kept my information after I told him I wasn't going through with it. I told him I was moving. But last month they took 139.00 dollars out of my account with out my permission. Every time I call they kept telling me that people in business department was waiting for my bank.They talk about it had to go my old card . I had to cancel it because of them and get a new one. The only is they need to be put out business. They money they took from me they lost thier ever loving mind. I had Bill to and couldn't pay it. I'm done with them yet I know other are pissed off.
I would not advise key credit repair to anyone. I was "guaranteed " that within 6 months of their help that I would be at 7 something close to 740. That any bank I went to would not let me walk away without doing a deal with me. I've been lied to. 6 months and all I get out of them is them taking money from my bank. They don't notify you and tell you of any changes. The guy I dealt with I want to say is Sid. I think they should refund ever penny I've wasted on their lies. I hate to say negative things about a business but I'm a broke man and thought I was getting help but in reality I was fooled and stolen from.

After 5 months of paying $200 a month there was no update, no communication, and just the continued charge of my credit card. The guys who roped me in to signing up, Victor, refused to give me updated when I called him and told me to call "customer service". Guess who picked up when I called customer service, good old Victor. It's all very shady and I have absolutely nothing to show for 5 months of payments.

Nice polite a gentleman name Cedric or Ced promise to make changes 90 days on our credit report. this gentleman promised me and my-husband changes will be guarantee seein changes on the report 90 days So me my Husband signed up discounts $100 credit which made $ 89 each after collected are money in separate payments within 30 days no changes on Credit. ced said it take 45 days so l paid second payment one whole in including discount. $186 dollars for 2 people me my husband these ppl tried taking another payment without my permission .go behind' my back at 630 am ...But my Bank card wouldn't not allow them ...because my bank notice a payment were Already made to company so l call ced the person l been talking to the gentleman that signed me up then he Decided transfer to a new guy some kind management business name Milton. Which l don't have any business relationship with he told me they suspended my account and applied my payment on my husband in his account instead of removing my portion and applying were it belong.. in my account . This Gentleman told me if l pay another $39 to reinstate my account . Then next month my account would be spilt back $86 dollars . I wasn't late or anything it was me and my husband payments made together at one time . . My Husband don't feel comfortable giving any credit card payments now over the. Phone because soon we not lokin they taking mom money .
