We stayed at this hotel recently and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The lady receptionist was friendly and accommodating, making check-in smooth, and quick. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the basic amenities provided. The location was convenient. The breakfast options were decent, offering a variety of choices to start the day. Thank you Muhammed for serving us a good breakfast. Nevertheless, our stay was enjoyable, and I would consider returning.

The staff were mainly ok ( the nicest were in the restaurant) but the room was terrible for asthmatics ! There was something in the room that triggered off my asthma . I had to change rooms and yet still bad . I know it was the room as when I was out of it , I was ok. Another disgusting thing was that the cleaners actually picked off dirty towels and hung them up again . I know this as there were marks on the towel ! ☹Cleanliness

It is located in Milton Keynes and is community located to many retail and commercial establishments, including restaurants, shopping, etc. I paid around 70 USD for a night without breakfast and thought this to be a very fair value. The hotel is in good condition. Overall, the rooms are a bit smaller, but they are nonetheless, cozy, and comfortable. Each room has a full bathroom, comfy bed, Desk,coffee/tea, flatscreen TV and wireless Internet. Parking is free. There is a large restaurant and dining area as well. Overall, good experience.

For the price it was reasonable but the tv didnt work neither did the bedside lamp. It was clean and tidy though and the bathroom was a good size. ☺Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities

Very Good ☺ The breakfast was excellent! Room was clean and comfy. ☹ The hotel just need some room refurbishment as it has some wear and tear that is starting to be impacting to the stay (dirty carpets, floor coming out, stained bathroom). Also, please add gel and shampoo to the rooms!. Add directions with where the room numbers are right after the restaurant. Indicating just the building is confusing as the hotel is huge! Overall is not as bad as the reviews say, thats why 8/10.
