I recently had plumbing work done, and to be blunt—this one missed the mark.
I bought and installed the vanity myself. I also supplied the faucet. Ken’s Plumbing was brought in to do what should’ve been the simple part: install the faucet and hook up the drain.
Now the sink drains… but at a painfully slow rate. Before this, the old sink had zero issues. None. Water went down like it’s supposed to. Now it just sits there like it’s thinking about it.
That tells me everything I need to know.
For over $700, this doesn’t feel like professional work—it feels unfinished. When you pay that kind of money, you’re not paying for “almost works.” You’re paying for done right.
This should’ve been tested before calling the job complete. It wasn’t.
Right now, I’ve got a brand-new setup that works worse than what I replaced. That’s not an upgrade—that’s a step backwards.
So update 5/8 they wanted another $350 dollars to snake the drain that they knew did not drain correctly after spending 750 the first time. Should have snaked it when you saw it was not draining correctly. So no you’re not scamming about her 350 out of me.
