The hotel is right on the road in a densely populated neighbourhood. However, I won’t say we had the perfect view of the Pyramids. We saw only 1 out of the three from our room.
Staff is extremely polite, converse in English.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad that you enjoyed the view, and we apologize for your experience regarding cleanliness. This is certainly not typical, as cleanliness is one of our highest priorities and our rooms are regularly cleaned and inspected. For our guests’ privacy, our housekeeping team does not enter occupied rooms without permission, and guests can request housekeeping by placing the “Make My Room” sign on the door. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention.
