Did a great job of cleaning the charger port on my phone, which wasn't connecting to my charger very well. I'd tried to DIY clean it myself but with no success.
That day Paul was ran off his feet running the post office, but he quickly popped in the back, worked his magic and literally 2 mins later he was finished, and the charger port is as good as new again!
I was really impressed and appreciative for him taking the time to fit in such a little job while he was so busy. It helped me enormously! Would highly recommend 👌🏼

I spoke to Paul today about a problem with my MacBook Air, and wow, he was so helpful and friendly, and just plain awesome! He gave me some helpful tips to get me back on my laptop, but he didn’t have to spend his free time doing this, yet he did. Now that’s what I call excellent customer service!

My windows laptop had a complete breakdown, crashed and locked me out! Paul sorted it all out and reinstalled windows, safely transferring my lost files. All sorted quickly for a very reasonable price! Highly recommended

A superb job done on my four year old laptop. It was sluggish, kept freezing and driving me up the wall. Paul soon identified the problem and sorted it out. I wish I had seen him sooner. Great friendly service and a price that certainly was value for money. I would have no problem in recommending him to anyone with computer problems.

Had an issue with my iPhone 12 charging port and I couldn’t plug the cable in.
Turns out it was a chunk of dust/dirt stopping the lead from charging my phone which the gentleman sorted out for me.
You can tell he has got vast knowledge and managed to sort this issue out in about 5 minutes.
What an absolute star and I highly recommend taking your phones here if you have any issues.

Another 5 star job
Paul came out, braving snow and ice, to do some work on the laptops of both myself and my wife. I had been complaining about my printer connection for over a year, and several people had tried, to no avail, to help me. And my wife was up in arms over her faulty Zoom audio, which a certain big retail store wanted to charge her in the region of £60 just to diagnose. Paul spent an hour and a half on half a dozen different issues, with his usual good humour and efficiency. By the time he'd finished, our problems had been sorted and our spirits uplifted considerably. Paul knows his trade inside out, back to front and upside down, and I can't think of anyone but him that I'd rather let loose on our computers. He's a twenty-four carat star and extremely humble and self-effacing to boot.

So glad i found details of this local company. I'd bought my son his first gaming pc and he started having several issues with it and eventually couldn't access anything on it! Paul sorted all the problems and gave great advice on how to manage things going forward and additions that could be looked at in the future. Really great service and Paul kept me informed of progress by regular texts. My son was over the moon to have his pc back which is working fantastic and I'd definitely recommend this company to others. Fast, efficient service and really knowledgeable! :-)
