We had a Kayak pool installed this weekend. It was a smooth transaction from Mary who came and talked to us right down to the guys who installed it. Mary was very helpful and gave us a lot of great ideas. She answered ALL of our questions. The process moved quickly but she was there throughout the entire time, even on nights and weekends when I had questions. Chris and his team showed up and worked tirelessly to get our pool in. They were very knowledgeable and hard working. Had thoughts to share about design that we now love. They were well informed on Kayak and worked together well. They were better than a well oiled machine. I had a question on a Sunday and texted Chris and he called me right back. It eased my mind and he knows what he is doing. We love our pool.

Purchased a liner, installed it and had leak we couldnt find where the leak was coming from. Finally, I found it. The seam where it was welded was defective and did not have a bond. I've had to reach out multiple times, and Lynn has been fantastic. This issue has been resolved and I'm happy they handled it professionally.

I told them I don't want to have their pool installed and they went ahead and shared my information AFTER I said no. I have multiple loans in my name for a kayak pool. Conveniently all these people who couldn't wait to show me a pool won't answer the phone. Stay away from this company. I don't even have a pool from them yet they still went ahead and got loans. If you need customer service from them forget it...no one answers the phone.
My sales person Mary was Great with communication and answered all my questions. She stayed involved throughout the process.
The installers were amazing. Truly professionals and dedicated to getting the job done promptly, but more importantly, correctly.
48 hours from the moment they arrived, my kids were swimming in our new pool.

It's been almost three years since we got our Kayak Pool and we can't be more happier. Our kids are 15 and 13 and they love it, especially when friends are over. Kayak pools has been great to work with from start to finish. From Mary who we talked to and ordered the pool from in 2022, all the way to Drew/Mike (this Summer 2024) who came and took pictures/videos of our pool, the people and product have been right there when/if we've needed them. Our saltwater pool is the easiest pool to take care of, it happens to be in sunlight 100% of the time so it heats up and stays a nice upper 80's all summer long, which in Western NY means a lot to not have to have a heater! We love our pool!!!

Our Kayak pool is 20 years old. We paid $17,800.00 for it. We have replaced the liner twice and the pump twice. Until this year we had spent probably $6000.00 in repairs thru the 20 years. This year we noticed the walls bulging. We emptied the pool and removed the liner and found the "lifetime walls" crumbling, literally. We called expecting the warranty to come into play. We were told these are a prorated warranty (like batteries) and we would receive $40.00 off of each wall! In total, the parts bill was just under $4,000.00 and the labor bill was just under $5,200.00 plus $400.00 more for sand and other parts. The labor was a three man team that worked 15 hours for two of them and about 8 for the third. We had the parts delivered in the latter part of February. While weather did play a part a couple of times, our repairs were also scheduled and then delayed the day before because the company put new pool construction in front of us, as explained by the manager. A financial decision. We also had to dig the 7 holes on the outside of the walls before the repair crew would come because they only do that for an additional $900.00, nor do they backfill them when they are done. Our repairs were finished on August 9. The mess made was left behind as the repairman explained they were not responsible for the clean up. They did pile their trash on a trailer for my husband to dispose of. As the repair crew left they sent us a message to not fill our pool because the support brackets were failing and we would need to secure them with 2x4 wood studs! This is actually a really dumb way to fix this problem. My mom and I went to Home depot and bought sheet screws and metal brackets. I am a stage 4 cancer patient and my mom is 73, but we made the repairs ourselves. My grandson came and filled the holes back in for me. The point of this post is to say if you decide to install a Kayak pool, have no expectations of service past the sale and be prepared to spend more than half of the original pool cost in repairs. I will say that the floor of the pool is so smooth with no wrinkles..hope it stays that way.

From the very first phone call, Mary Murphy made getting our Kayak a real pleasure! The world is not perfect & I was concerned about every business since Covid, but truly, if Kayak out of Lancaster, NY had any difficulties still, I didn’t see them! We had our new Kayak pool installed Monday. It was a crazy hot day and we have a very sloped yard. Rob and his crew did an amazing job with the install and had it complete in one day. The pool is placed in the exact spot we requested as we only had a few inches to work with between our existing deck and fence gate. Converting standard chlorine to saltwater and they were able to walk me through step by step with everything I needed and didn’t attempt to sell me things that I didn’t. Very professional staff.
