I accidentally hit the wrong date and when I called 2 hours later after I realized it, they only offered me to change the date for an ADDITIONAL $20 per person; total of $60. Claiming they could no longer re-offer the tickets/space to someone else because it was 1:30pm the afternoon before a 830am tour. Feeling gauged by the extra $60 just for an honest mistake.
Hi, My family of 6 booked this tour. They contacted us the night before saying that we couldn't be picked up at the predetermined location, then they asked if we could meet at 7:30am(not the time we booked, we paid EXTRA for the 8:30 timeslot). We were off of the Waikiki strip and closer to the base. We had originally asked if we could be picked up at our hotel, we were told no. Told of this last minute time change, we asked if they could pick us up at our hotel. They agreed and gave us a half an hour window to be picked up. No one showed up. I called, I was told that the bus could not pick us up. We asked if we took an Uber to the base, could we still meet up with the tour. They said yes. We took an Uber to the base, and waited. Finally some guy showed up, took us to the gate for the tour, told us that the bus driver we were supposed to have NEVER SHOWED UP TO WORK. He told us we had no guide, and that we'd get an email with our tickets. No return transport was provided or offered. So, at the end of the day, we spent $500 on 6 tickets to get in to the site. No transportation, no guide, no information. A terrible and hectic experience. Update: Partial refund provided. Review updated accordingly

Our experience with Karma Tour Company was deeply disappointing, largely due to the incredibly unprofessional and hostile behavior of the bus driver, Finny. What should have been a simple and enjoyable outing quickly turned into an uncomfortable and upsetting situation.
When the bus arrived—along with several others—we carefully checked the license plate, confirmed it was the correct vehicle, and boarded. The door was open, there were already passengers inside, and there was no indication that this would be an issue. Moments later, we received a frantic phone call from the driver, yelling and demanding to know where we were. I calmly told him we were already on the bus, and instead of responding with clarity or professionalism, he exploded—shouting over the phone that we should “never get on his bus without notice.”
He then boarded the bus and continued to scold and berate us loudly in front of the other passengers. It was humiliating, uncomfortable, and completely uncalled for. The situation could have easily been handled with basic communication and respect.
Unfortunately, the rest of the trip was colored by his attitude. He was cold, dismissive, and refused to show us where we needed to go or explain anything about the destination. His behavior ruined what was supposed to be a fun and memorable day.
No one books a tour expecting to be treated with disrespect or hostility. Karma Tour Company needs to seriously reevaluate who they hire to represent their business. This experience was not only disappointing—it was unacceptable. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone.

We booked a tour they didn't deliver on. It was a total debacle. We called to get a refund after the weekend. They said they would get back to us. The business day is winding down now, and we still haven't heard back. Considering people come here on vacation, with limited time in Hawaii, their failure to execute was a real waste of our time and l resources. And they still have our money. I think it would be a stretch to say it was a scam, but they took payment and didn't provide the service we purchased, so it feels scammy.
We did a USS Arizona/Pearl Harbor tour. Due to the memorial tickets selling out quickly we decided to do a tour so that the transportation and tickets were included.
Pick up and drop off were seamless. The shuttle bus was comfortable. Our driver Art was super knowledgeable, friendly and funny. We didn't know we'd learn so much on the way to and from Pearl Harbor.
Would recommend.
My only note of caution is that our shuttle didn't seem to be accessible - but that may be an option when booking. I didn't make the booking for my family.

Just wanted to brag on our experience with your service to Pearl Harbor. We had the pleasure of Charlie driving us on Monday I believe. He was absolutely the best. He was informative, safe, efficient and extremely funny. The only complaint I would have is that we didn’t wind up at his house after the tour for bbq, spam and drinks while my son did yard work. I am glad that we didn’t go to the shark feeding though. Haha. Highly recommend your company and definitely ask for Charlie.
I’ve always wanted to visit Pearl Harbor and witness in person the history that happened there. I did the USS Missouri tour and the USS Arizona memorial. The tour bus picked us up a short 6 minute walk from our hotel and the bus driver named Art was very informative not only of Pearl Harbor but the history of Oahu and Hawaii as well. He was very fun and made the commute there and back fun and interesting. You get plenty of time both at the Battleship USS Missouri and at the park for the USS Arizona. You get to take a short boat ride to the USS Arizona memorial and get about 15 minutes or so to see the ship and explore the memorial, it was a very very interesting and moving experience that I think every American should see. After the memorial you get about an hour to an hour and a half to walk around the park which has a museum and gift shop as well as many other memorials for Naval and Marine personnel who have their lives for us in WW2. If you are on Oahu and have never been to this site please do yourself a favor and go!
I made the mistake of entrusting karma tours to get my family to the Pearl Harbor memorial. The confirmation email we received from the booking agency told us the pick up would be at our actual hotel. 10 mins after the pick up time the driver called and sarcastically said we obviously didn’t read the text they sent us telling us the pick up location had changed (reading other reviews I see were not the only ones who missed that minor detail). Once we got to the bus the driver verbally reminded us 2 more times that we clearly didn’t read the text and embarrassed us in front of the others on the bus. We knowingly brought a bag intending to leave it on the bus because it wasn’t clear and not allowed in the memorial. The bag only had snacks and we didn’t mind if it was stolen. The driver noticed we didn’t have it at the gate and told us we had to leave the group and go back to the bus because it couldn’t stay on the bus. The experience and dealing with the drivers passive aggressive attitude was so bad we opted to find other transportation back to the hotel. Our driver is clearly miserable and on a mission to ruin as many families vacations as possible each day. Avoid this company at all costs….mahalo !!

Worst experience ever, I had gotten my stuff token when I was on a tour at the pearl harbor memorial and lost my passports and multiple things, and took a week to get back home.

Hello there, day prior you should how gotten text and email, not to carry anything and leave on bus, not sure you read the message, first person to hear they leave there passport left on the bus, FYI all our guides are trained to inform all our guests, cannot leave anything behind since they go back and forth to Waikiki, not sure how much true we believe but we are really sorry to hear your story and apologize for any inconvenience happened to you.

My friend and I went on the Pearl Harbour tour with Finny yesterday and we had a great experience. The tour was run super smooth. Finny was very accommodating and knowledgeable throughout the tour.
