Updated response - well, you took quite a bit of time for your response here, yet there was no response to the potential client. A person has a right to file a lawsuit, even when there is little chance of winning - you are getting paid nonetheless so what does it matter? You might actually learn something new and help somebody in the process.
Apparently, negative reviews are removed. This firm does not return calls. It happened to me and someone else that I know. Even when you state that you want to file a court case immediately. Don't call us, we will call you (if we think we can make tons of money from you, or you are a friend or family) - right, Rebecca? To me, that is just disrespectful when someone needs your assistance. Just say no upfront. Why keep someone hanging? That is plain disrespectful to others.

1) We don't have negative reviews removed, we strive to go above and beyond for our clients and I believe our reviews speak for themselves.
2) It is true that sometimes our firm gets overwhelmed and our response times take longer than we'd like. We are growing, busy, and trying to do our best work for our existing clients. As a result, screening new cases inevitably sometimes falls down the list.
3) Unfortunately, we can't take every case that calls us just because someone says they "want to file a court case immediately." There are tons of other factors that must be considered: do we handle these types of cases, do we have the bandwidth / staff to work on your case, does the person have a chance of winning their case, is the client going to spend more money / effort than the case is worth, if they win can they collect, etc.
4) Our process is to have a potential client speak to an intake specialist, then for the intake specialist to discuss the potential case with a lawyer. If it is something we can handle, we will set up a call with the lawyer and potential client. If it is not something we can handle, we do our best to point the potential client in the right direction. Again, due to the nature of our business (deadlines, meetings, court hearings, etc.) sometimes that falls through the cracks. For that, we apologize.

Anton was referred by another attorney because of how great of an adversary he was as opposing counsel. I needed Anton’s help to fight off fraudulent claims that I was stealing clients from a former employer and thus in breach of contract. Anton sat me down on day one and told me here is what we need to do and here is what will happen. Not only was he spot on with exactly how this would end which was a full dismissal with prejudice, but he even got the plaintiff to agree to some other concessions regarding my original contract which was a complete bonus for me. He is not cheap, but very reasonable with his time and even stayed in touch with me after the case and provided some legal advice free of charge regarding future contract decisions. I would definitely use him again knock on wood or recommend him to anyone asking. He made one of the worst things to ever happen to me into a positive in the end and I can’t thank him enough.
