Would give 0 stars if possible. The place has a lot of potential, but the staff are absolutely appalling! We were a group of 16 women looking for a good day out and lots of drinks. We had to constantly chase staff to come and take our order as they were too busy chatting amongst themselves. Anyone we did manage to get a hold of was rude, unpleasant and dismissive. I even had one of the staff member's put his hand in my face at one point. Completely unacceptable and unnecessary. Will not return and for anyone considering going don't waste your money.
In regards to your response, that is completely untrue. If we were rude or abusive or said F off at any point i'm sure we would have been asked to leave. We are a group of women not animals. And for the record that absolutely did not happen. Poor show that you can't hold your hands up when you have it wrong. We were nothing but polite and patient under the circumstances. Learn from your errors rather than attempt to twist and manipulate the situation.

Hello Ashleigh, our staff are professional and educated even after several insults like "f##k off" many times, they attended you with a smile. Also, we ask that when you leave a review plase tell the truth since none of our staff touched, insulted or unattended your group. That you are looking for a good day and lots of drinks doesn't give the right to demand, insult or be rude with our staff. We prefer that rude and abusive clients clients don't attend our venue.
Valoro con una estrella porque no puedo dejar sin votar. Fui con mi pareja porque me regalaron un BonosVip. La experiencia horrorosa. Llegamos y pensábamos que todo genial, pero de repente empieza a entrar un montón de gente y más gente y venga más gente. No cabía ni una hormiga en la piscina de tanta gente que había. Para colmo, ya que no dejan entrar comida de fuera, los precios no bajaban de 15€ cuando somos RESIDENTES. A parte, no había sombrillas para todos. Los de seguridad no pueden tener más mal carácter, super ariscos y vigilando como si estvuieras cometiendo un delito. No recomiendo para nada este lugar.

Buenas tardes Nadia, sentimos mucho que te experiencia con nosotros no ha sido una buena. Tenemos unas normas que todo el mundo tiene que respetar, no se puede entrar con comida y bebida de fuera. Ya que lo pone en la pagina web y hay un cartel en la entrada donde pone todas las normas del local. Tenemos productos mas baratos y mas caros de 15 euros, por ejemplo todas nuestras hamburguesas, pizzas y wraps estan por debajo de 15 euros. Esto lo pueden comprobar todos los clientes en nuestra pagina web donde aparece el menu tanto de comida como de bebida. Partiendo de que mucho de lo que dice no es cierto, ya el resto de sus quejas muy a nuestro pesar dudamos de que sean ciertas. Aun asi gracias por su reseña e intentaremos seguir mejorando.

16 really looking forward to this day. Service is dismal. VIP upgrade I really wouldn't. Constantly chasing staff for drinks. If they aren't your waiter hands in your face told no.poor staff, poor service approx 45 mins for a drink. Music is terrible, service is terrible unfortunately this will be a recommendation not to visit.
