Kaiser did a good job on my porch roof replacement. They held their pricing for six months from when I had them quote to when the work happened. Kevin was very easy to deal with. Thanks for a good job done!

I would like to commend Kaiser Roof and Exteriors on the EXCELLENT services they provide. In particular, I would like to call out Jason Kaiser (owner) for his MAGNIFICENT customer service! I first worked with Jason over a decade ago when I needed a roof replacement due to some of the extraordinary strong damaging winds in the Cincy area. Jason looked at my roof and said I needed a new one. My insurance company inspected the roof and said I didn't need a new one. Do note this is when we had a windstorm and many people had to get new roofs due to the severe wind damages. Luckily for me, Jason warned me ahead of time that many insurance companies didn't want to pay for new roofs and were erroneously telling their members they didn't need one. Well Jason offered to be onsite with my inspector to ensure he evaluated my roof properly. The inspector tried to say I didn't need a new roof but Jason shut him down and cited all the reasons why I did need a new one. The inspector reluctantly agreed and I received a new roof that was installed by Jason and his company. Now is that GREAT customer service or what!! Fast forward 5-7 years later and I need a new gutter. Guess who I called - Jason of course! Recently I noticed my gutters in the back of my house had separated from my roof. Like Johnny on the spot, Jason was there to fix the issue and he gave me a significant discount I couldn't refuse. I am very happy with the work Jason has performed for me over the years!! Jason is very fair with his pricing. In addition, I've had several things come up over the years and Jason fixed them free of charge. That let's me know that Jason is not about the money. He truly cares about the quality of his work and more importantly the OUTSTANDING customer service he provides to his customers. THANK YOU JASON for your EXEMPLARY customer service skills!!!

When the storms recently rolled through we had 2 pieces of fascia come loose. Jason with Kaiser was quick to answer my questions and make the repair at a fair price for all. I was very pleased with the response time and the communication. We will definitely call Kaiser again when needed.

Excellent communication; prices beat all competition with maintaining superior quality. Jason was also super flexible with scheduling and working with us. They also do windows too and gave us good prices on those too. Workers were clean and thorough.

Josh and his crew did a great job on our slate roof replacement, at a reasonable rate. They were very efficient and cleaned up the site thoroughly after the job was complete.

We contacted Kaiser in May 2024 regarding a quote for roof replacement. Josh came and gave us a reasonable quote. I must state that we had contacted several roofing contractors that would show up, give us a quote and never be heard from again after several attempts to contact.
Well, the crew from Kaiser was great. They showed up early morning and were done late afternoon. The completed job looks great and they did a fabulous job cleaning up.
I highly recommend Kaiser and would especially like to thank Josh for coming thru for us.

Kaiser's crews are great, they replaced the roof in 1 day (we had 2 old layers and several bad pieces of decking). Replaced the gutters with guards a few days later. Everything looks and works great. Getting to know and working with Aaron Kraai was the best. He is so nice, very knowledgeable and always there for any questions. We were impressed from start to finish with Kaiser Roofing. Thanks again Aaron.

Josh, Manuel and his guys had a tricky situation tearing off 5-6 layers of old asphalt shingle roofing to install a new metal roof on our carryout business. It all had to be done without removing a large lit sign. They got it done beautifully in one day and the mess was all cleaned up!
