I have to say Kaiser Siding and Roofing has brought back my faith in trusting someone with a project that needed to be done. I can’t say enough about Dennis Roady from the first time he came to my house to the very end. From explaining the product, how the whole process works, being onsite day of the build it doesn’t get any better. The old way of professionalism with a personal touch. Also his crew was great. I had the pleasure of working with Dennis Roady from Kaiser Siding and Roofing. Dennis came out with our insurance company and they determined our roof had storm damage and required a roof replacement. I couldn't be more satisfied with the Kaiser results! From start to finish, Dennis’ professionalism and attention to detail was exceptional. The initial consultation was thorough, he took time to assess the condition of my roof, provide all photo details to our insurance, and discuss the best options for replacement. Dennis was transparent about the process and kept us informed with detailed “next steps” the entire time. During the installation, the Kaiser crew worked hard, did a great job, cleaned up very well, and was respectful of my property. The finished product exceeded my expectations. Not only does our new roof look fantastic, but I also have peace of mind knowing we had quality material and installation. Kaiser used all Owens Corning materials and I'm confident that my home is now well-protected for years to come! Dennis Roady was fantastic & easy to work with. He worked hard to get my roof assessed for damage & was very helpful with helping me decide which roof to choose. The crew that put the roof on was quick & did a great job. They finished in less than 10 hours & cleaned up as if they were never there. Dennis Roady saw the entire project through from start to finish - very professional & he worked closely with our insurance company to make sure we were reimbursed for the maximum dollars. I’ve never seen a roofing crew work harder - they removed 2 layers of shingles, installed all new boards & custom skylights. It was our pleasure to bring in lunch for all of them ~ more customers should do that. This is extremely HARD WORK!

Kaiser Siding and Roofing did an excellent job with our roofing project. We had some storm damage from wind and hail. Dennis Roady was our Project Manager and went above board in every aspect of the work. He did the most extensive and thorough initial evaluation of the damage to our roof and worked closely with our Homeowner's Insurance to get approval for full roof replacement. This was a challenging task and he met the challenge by working closely with several different adjusters and our Insurance Agent after they initially refused to cover the full roof. Dennis and his Team know how to get things done right. I worked with four different local roofing companies for inspections and estimates. By far, Dennis produced the best photo and video documentation of our storm damage and made Kaiser Siding and Roofing the clear, best choice among them. Dennis kept us very informed through every step of the process and delivered a new roof that we love at a great price. If I have any future roofing projects, I am calling Dennis. I highly recommend that you consider him first as well and am sure that you too will be very happy with his work!

I highly recommend Kaiser Roofing. They worked patiently with my insurance company after some storm damage. Dennis dealt directly with them and kept me up to date on everything which made it stress-free for me. Steve helped me understand the delays caused by the insurance company. Dennis went over the new roof specs with me. The crew that did the build were on time, professional, courteous and did a meticulous job of cleaning up making sure there were no nails or debris left behind. Kaiser did a good job with our roof replacement and worked with our insurance company as well. Dennis who worked with us was very responsive and available on phone/text whenever we had questions, and took the time to explain whatever we needed to understand about the process.

After conducting a lot of research on reputable roofing companies (Angi, BBB, other reputation social media) I chose to contact Kaiser Siding and Roofing. I was looking for a roofing expert who knew how to navigate damage claims with professionalism and integrity, and it appeared Kaiser garnered that reputation. I was connected with Dennis Roady, who is an absolute professional and superb communicator. Dennis was so incredibly thorough and knowledgeable when it came to assessing exterior damage that was leading to spotting in my interior. He was meticulous in his documentation, roof marking and picture/video evidence. From start to finish, he was honest and trustworthy. It also helped that he is very personable and has an excellent sense of humor. I was extremely pleased with my experience, and communication with my insurance company was partially so easy because of how professional, thorough, objective, and responsive Dennis and Kaiser presented. It almost seemed like my insurance company respected them because they had dealt with them several times in the past and knew how they operated, and that was very reassuring to me with the many anxieties that can accompany a sizable insurance claim and extensive home repair. There were so many moving parts with exterior and interior work, and Dennis handled the project management flawlessly. Dennis is a very good representative for this company. He seems genuine and followed through promptly or explained when he would take next step. His feedback on day of installation was thorough and clear. He is an excellent communicator. The workman are polite and work long hours despite the challenges of the job. Clean up was good as well.

The Kaiser roofing team did an excellent job in communicating and executing on installing the roof. Regarding the communication, Dennis did an absolute fantastic job communicating from start to finish. He answered all of our questions and was proactive in every single step of the way.
