Very happy I went with Kaiser. Trent, my main point of contact, was fantastic and helped us throughout the entire process. They coordinated with my insurance company on my behalf and made the experience as easy as possible for me. And the roof looks great too!

I just wanted to take a minute to highlight an exceptional employee of yours; Trent Wakefield. A few years ago, we had tried to make a roof claim via our insurance on the recommendation of our solar panel service company. That claim was ultimately denied and left a sour taste in our mouths for any future attempt, as the roofing company failed spectacularly on so many levels. Fast forward to the present day, and when a Kaiser representative caught me on the street to recommend we look into a roof replacement, I have to admit I laughed. I explained a little about what had happened in the past, but ultimately agreed to let someone come out and look at our roof. Our next interaction was with Nick later to be introduced to Trent. Trent established trust with us, and then began the long and tedious battle with our insurance company. We warned Trent from the start that it was going to be a full-on battle and asked him if he was sure he was up for the fight. Trent’s tenacity was impeccable, he stuck with us all the way, making his way up on the roof many many times and even into our attic to recover whatever evidence they needed. Again, the claim was rejected, but a window of hope opened up to change our claim from wind claim to a hail claim. That claim sailed through and again, Trent was with us every step of the way. I believe our process took longer than most, purely because we were at logger heads with the insurance company. At one point we as the homeowners had a blazing 1.5hr argument on the phone with the most senior claims manager we could reach. Through all the fighting me made it! We would not have made it without Trent. Having experienced the last roofing company try and fail, this was a whole different level of being involved. Trent handheld the insurance company every step he could. I’ve never written an email about a representative of a company that has helped us do work on the house before, other than maybe to complain about something, but credit where credit is due. Trent did a phenomenal job and not only gave us faith in himself, but in the company he worked for. At one point we had another company try and move in on our project to which my wife and I looked at each other and said ‘hell no, this job is all Trent’s’. At one point in the fight, we were almost fighting for Trent as much as our own roof, as he had put his all into getting the project to succeed, we were determined to make sure he got it. If I was looking to employee someone right now, Trent is exactly the kind of person I would want on my team, you don’t find his kind of drive, determination, positive attitude, and attention to quality very often. As I’m sure you are aware, too often these days people do the bare minimum. I never once saw him downcast or defeated, he was always proactive, positive, and ready for the next hurdle. Trent went so far beyond the call of duty, that I can’t fathom ever having used a different roofing company. I hope you know what an asset you guys have in Trent, and I hope he continues to thrive inside Kaiser. We will look forward to working with him on our next roofing project and check ins. In one last note, when we were tying things up towards the end. Trent caught on to the fact that my son, liked the pictures of the Pink Panther on the underlay during the roof replacement, and brought my son a Pink Panther stuffed animal. My son now sleeps with that toy every night. As you can see, our interaction with Kaiser left a lasting impression and we are entirely thankful to you all. The whole team did a great job!

The experience with Kaiser could have not been better. They helped us with the insurance company. The work and service they did for us was second to none. There was a mistake made and they corrected with zero problem. Pat could have not been better to work with through the whole process. If I need a roof done again they will be the first people I will call.

He was very helpful in the full process from working with the insurance company, to helping us select the right roof for our house, and then his crew did a phenomenal job on installing our roof in one day and the cleanup was top shelf. Kaiser Siding and Roofing was referred to me by my son and their neighbor. They were very pleased with the job. The first thing I liked is Mike introduced himself wearing an attractive business shirt. He climbed up to the roof and took pictures. Afterwards he showed me the pictures and described what was failing and needed. Several days later he returned with his crew. I was impressed with their enthusiasm and energy. They each seemed to have individual assignments to complete which they Immediately began. Mike climbed up to the roof several times during the installation to insure everything was being done well. He took more pictures of the damage they found, and later of the finished work. He showed me the pictures and described what was done. I love the color and the final detailed installation. The cost was reasonable. They finished in half a day before the rains came. I wholeheartedly recommend Michael Kaiser and his team.

Mike was great to work with. His knowledge and proven experience gave us confidence in using Kaiser to handle our roofing needs. His attentiveness to our needs and patience in meeting our HOA’s approval policy was also a great help. The Kaiser team communicated regularly with us and completed our roof replacement in one day. There were no signs of old shingles or debris in or around our home as well. Mike and his team exceeded our expectations throughout the entire process.

I called for a quote to replace our roof. Scott's boi came out and was shocked it wasn't an insurance company claim. Told me the roof was going to be expensive and because of that, he wasn't going to take the time to write up a quote, because that takes time aka money. I guess I'm just a pos not worthy of quote.

Your employee Nick, can’t follow directions so how could your company ever be trusted to begin with? I have this sign hanging on my front porch in plain view. My Ring camera also caught him staring at it so he definitely saw it. Yet, he still left a flyer on my door which provoked my dogs as I sleep for 3rd shift tonight. Well done, Nick. We were actually getting quotes to have our roof and gutters redone soon but now it won’t be with your company.

Very happy with our decision to go with Kaiser for replacing our roof. Results turned out great and Patrick was tremendous throughout the entire process. He handled everything for us, and was meticulous about coming the cleanup even after the crews had left, ensuring every nail and piece of scrap was out of our yard. Patrick Buckley, our consultant, made the process seamless and easy. The Kaiser group worked with our insurance for total replacement on our roof minus a few upgrades we chose to make. All the roofing work was completed in one day and clean up was great. A window screen got accidentally ripped and that was repaired as good as new as soon as the crew noticed it. I'd use Kaiser Siding and Roofing again, which weather permitting I hopefully won't need too for a good while.
