My dog's move from the US to the UK went so smoothly because of K9 Jets! If your experience is like mine, you will have little contact with them after booking until about a week prior to your flight. Don't panic. They create a seating chart that accommodates the size and temperament of the animals. Day of, you have a meet and greet with the other animals. Things go smoothly from there! Flying your animals in-cabin is expensive, but was worth it for my family. If I ever needed to move my dog again (hopefully not!), I would book with them again without hesitation. Also, I recommend using the paperwork company K9 Jets recommends (Pawsitive Pet Health Certificates). Together, my dog had no issues and is now with me, safe and sound in the UK!

Pulling teeth to get a refund Based on my personal experience, I would strongly advise people not to book with K9 Jets or give them your money. My flight was cancelled on the 3rd April due to the war, a review was scheduled for the 10th, then again on the 24th - which is unnecessary due to the current circumstance other flights are taking place, but I discovered they fly under European aviation insurance - cool… they offered a refund or to keep my money in escrow until there’s an available flight  I asked for a full refund due to finding alternative travel. I received a prompt response, then after that nothing! No response, no replies, no updates. NOTHING   I’ve been having to chase this refund from them for over a week and the entire process has been so stressful and completely unacceptable. Communication has been below poor throughout! No updates have been given and I have constantly had to chase them myself just to get basic and practically no information because they say they’ve put a call back request which I never get!!! After calling and emailing multiple times , I was eventually told there had been internal confusion with the escrow team. However, instead of simply contacting me directly to clarify this nothing was done and I was just left waiting even longer with no explanation. That delay was entirely and completely avoidable. Then again after this explanation, nothing has come of it and I’m still left chasing for an update on what’s happening? I was then told that the matter had been forwarded to the escrow team and that I would receive an email confirming the refund had been processed... That email never arrived. Despite repeated contact, I have still been left without proper confirmation, still no refund and without any real sense of urgency from this company. This has had a serious impact because this refund was needed in order to secure an alternative flight. Their delays and lack of action have caused unnecessary stress and disruption at an already very difficult time. In my opinion the level of service, communication, transparency and care I have received has been extremely poor and no one seems to have a clue what’s they’re doing in the company. Based on my experience, I would not recommend K9 Jets to anyone and I would strongly suggest to think very carefully before booking with them knowing you money is not safe nor is the quality of customer care you’ll receive. Their social media looks great, but what glitters isn’t gold. The company is ran by a bunch of morons.

As outlined in our previous correspondence, I personally spoke with you on Friday and the matter was resolved immediately thereafter.

To clarify the timeline, we received your refund request and submitted it to our escrow management company, Avitrust Partners LLC (US), who act on behalf of Huntington Bank. All client funds are held in escrow for your protection, and strict verification procedures must be followed before any payment is released.

The delay you experienced was due to a minor administrative discrepancy, where the booking was recorded under your mother’s name rather than yours. This was identified during our call and escalated straight away. Once corrected, your refund was processed the same day (US time), and confirmation has since been provided.

As stated on the refund form, while many refunds are processed the same day once verified, it can take up to 5 business days for funds to settle in your account depending on banking timelines.

We fully understand that this was a time sensitive situation for you and appreciate that it caused frustration. However, your funds were secure at all times, and the matter was resolved promptly once the discrepancy was identified.

We also responded to you outside of office hours to ensure you were kept updated.

Given the above, several of the statements made in your review do not accurately reflect the full situation or the actions taken to resolve this. As you can see from our track record and the thousands of passengers we have successfully flown, this experience is not representative of our usual service.

We would respectfully ask that you reconsider and amend your review to reflect the full and accurate outcome.

We booked two seats, 1 dog, Europe to US, admittedly, a late booking. Customer service was not responsive. The flight was pretty uncomfortable, 5-6 hours of extraordinarily hot conditions. Everyone was sweating on the plane, including the flight attendant. One of the pilots came back into the cabin, but could not fix the issue. Pretty unacceptable for $9000 per seat.

I must admit I am surprised by your comments, as we have not received any prior communication from you raising these concerns following the flight which took place over one week ago. We did see your Facebook message this morning, however ,that was the only recent correspondence we had from you.

Regarding the cabin temperature, we were not made aware of any air conditioning issue on this flight by the crew or other passengers at the time. That said, your feedback is taken seriously and we are now following this up directly with the operator to fully understand what may have occurred. I am very sorry if you and your dog were uncomfortable, as this is certainly not the experience we aim to provide.

In terms of customer service, I can see that you contacted us twice by phone and we responded as quickly as possible. As outlined in your reservation confirmation, bookings can take up to 7 days to process due to the required security checks and coordination with our operators.

We genuinely care about our passengers’ experiences and it is disappointing to hear that we did not meet your expectations on this occasion. We would welcome the opportunity to speak with you directly to better understand your experience in full.

My dog and I travelled to London from Toronto in January 2026. He required open-heart surgery which was not available in our home country, and due to his heart condition and size, travel options to get overseas were limited. K9 jets service made it possible to get my dog to the UK for his surgery. The pre-flight process was smooth, and K9 jets made sure that the paperwork required by UK authorities was in order before departure (I had to obtain paperwork from our veterinarian and have it certified by the Canadian Food Inspection Agency, but K9 jets staff coordinated with UK authorities to ensure that all details were in order and fixes made ahead of the flight). The flight itself was perfect, and my dog Henry was very relaxed. Importantly, we only had to arrive at the private terminal 60-90 minutes ahead of the flight, and my dog was able to go outside to relieve himself as many times as needed before boarding started. Dogs and owners were boarded one pair at a time to prevent any potential conflict, and the dogs had a last chance to relieve themselves immediately before boarding the aircraft. After landing, processing with the UK border authorities was done promptly after the aircraft stopped taxiing, and my dog was able to relieve himself immediately after we disembarked the plane. Overall it was an enjoyable and stress-free trip. Another benefit of flying in this type of jet with a dog that has health issues is that, compared with a large commercial jet, a gulfstream is able to have cabin altitude lower than a commercial airliner, despite actually flying at a higher altitude (to be confirmed by somebody with relevant expertise, which I don't have, but this may be important where breathing difficulties, heart issues, or potential clotting might be of concern). I certainly felt like the air in the cabin was more comfortable than commercial flights. Unfortunately my dog didn't make it through surgery, and when requested by me for my own memories of my dog, Dan from K9 jets went out of his way to provide me with their original videos of my dog that were used for social media purposes. Awful Communication, Empty Promises, No Apology The flight itself was wonderful (though how could I not enjoy a private plane with my dog), but pre-flight communication was a truly terrible experience. It just felt like they forgot every single thing that I sent/asked for/was promised, like I didn't even exist. Here is the complete list of service issues I experienced within the short 3 weeks between my booking and actual flight- ________________________________________________________ Before booking, I scheduled a callback at a specific time to ask questions. The scheduled time came and went without anyone calling me. I sent an email reminding them of our appointment, and then they finally called after receiving my reminder. After booking, I scheduled a callback at a specific time again but again, nobody called. I called a second time, maybe an hour later, and then was able to reach someone. However, after the call ended, the information I was sent as a follow-up was for the wrong flight, causing me to do more follow-up to chase down the correct info. I later noticed an issue with my booking so scheduled another callback for a specific time. This time, nobody called for several hours after our scheduled time, which just makes me question why they offer scheduled callbacks if they can't commit to the schedule. When I was finally called, the person was in a very loud, distracting environment and seemed rushed to get me off the call. K9 also requests that we email them information about seating/food preferences, so I did this promptly. My email included some important questions about dietary concerns, but nobody ever responded to that email. I replied to my own email reminding the team to reply, but nobody answered that either. I then did this again, and STILL didn't get a response. In the end, nobody ever replied to this email. Finally, I sent an email complaint about the lack of responses I was getting. I was promised a response to my complaints by the end of that day, but that response never came. I was later promised I'd receive a response to my complaint within 24hrs, but that response never came either. I sent a reminder I was waiting for a response to my complaint 1 week ago, but didn't receive a response to that either. Clearly I will not be getting a response. They also give welcome gift bags to everyone before boarding but they forgot to send one for us, so that was unfortunate. They forgot us again. I had also requested special meals for the flight for dietary restrictions, but neither of the two meals set aside for me were the meals I had said I could/would eat. Just another time they showed they weren't able to listen/deliver on their promises. ______________________________________________________ As you can clearly see, communication was more of a job or responsibility than it was a service. They just did not do anything right ahead of the flight in communicating with me, and now can't seem to remember to apologize for it either.

Flying on a cloud nine We feel like responsible pet owners who want the best for their dog, we were at lost many times in search for a travelling solution with our dog. We refused to place our family member in the cargo hold for many reasons but mostly for safety and well being concerns. We came across K9 Jets and their amazing team last year. We had an opportunity to fly with them in November 2023 from Teterboro to London and then again in May 2024 from Frankfurt to Teterboro. Both flights were extremely comfortable for us and our dog. On the flight to Europe we had 9 dogs and 3 cats and all the animals were passed out once we took off. It was exciting and cool at the same time. We had so much fun! The process is pretty easy as Adam and his team navigate you from the get go. How to obtain the proper paperwork for your pet. What to expect. What food will be available to you on the plane. Emma is always an email or a phone call away to help - and we really appreciated that - especially the first time. The pilots and crew are extremely professional and it was a true joy to meet them all so far. We felt very safe under their leadership. K9 Jets makes promises and keeps the promises, but above it all they really care for the wellbeing of your pet. They want you to be happy. I noticed the push for constant improvement for their services and the drive to offer the highest standards available. This is ultimately the only way to travel to and back from Europe for us and our dog. Look no further and we can’t wait to meet you and your loved animal on the next flight. Tomas, Lenka & Queen

We just landed in NJ from London! Our two cats are our kids and my wife could not bare putting them in the hole of a plane for a transatlantic journey. K9 Jets provided the perfect options. We flew in a Gulfstream 4 with 7 other people, all delightful! Blaine, our pilot was professional and friendly. Alexis, the stewardess was attentive and gracious. Great food, comfortable and first class. Zero issues clearing customs. They are our only option for pet travel. The owner, Adam, took great care of us even seeing us off at the private terminal!!!! I have flown with K9 jets multiple times between London and New Jersey over the last couple of years, due to needing to spend half the year in each place. I have two sensitive Spanish greyhounds, who would not tolerate being crated and put in cargo, so discovering the service K9 jets offers felt like a godsend. I have found Emma and Adam to be fantastic on every occasion I have flown with them. The seating plans are carefully considered. The atmosphere on the flight is very relaxed and the pre and post boarding experience is as good as it can be for the dogs. Also, the K9 jets team members are there pre and post boarding, so every step feels managed and supportive. True customer service is reflected when something doesn’t go to plan and on one of my flights, due to a situation out of everyone’s control, there was an unavoidable delay and Emma and Adam went above and beyond to make sure every passenger was looked after and helped to adapt all of our post arrival travel plans - it was truly exceptional customer service. K9 jets continues to be my first choice for international pet travel - it’s worth the money.

I’ve been traveling internationally with my pets for 4 years, and I can honestly say K9 Jets has been the most incredible experience of all. We are a premium option, however, comparable to cargo if you are relocating. The majority of our customers are not “rich” they are middle class who love their pets.

Highest possible rating and enthusiastic recommendation to use K9 jets for your pet travel! Flew from Milan to NJ - the entire process, from initially buying the ticket all the way through to clearing customs in the USA, could not have been easier. K9 jets provided a completely informative in-brief web meeting, allowing any and all possible question or concern re the flight process to be addressed well in advance. We were greeted in Milan with a super organized, calm, pleasant check-in. The flight was superb with dog and human amenities high quality and plentiful- no one went hungry, thirsty or uncomfortable in any way. Great vibes and service throughout! Arrival in US was quick and easy. Best experience possible, can not even imagine how to improve! Congratulations and huge thanks to Adam and Emma for providing such a wonderful service - look forward to flying with K9 jets again!

I can’t say enough good things about K9 Jets! They flew me and my dog, Bellatrix, from the U.S. to London earlier this year, and the experience was nothing short of amazing. From start to finish, everything was seamless and stress-free, which is saying a lot considering the usual anxiety that comes with international pet travel. The K9 Jets team went above and beyond when it came to sorting out some last-minute issues with my vet’s paperwork. Their professionalism and attention to detail saved us a lot of stress and ensured everything was in order for our flight. I truly appreciated how they kept everything running smoothly during a potentially hectic day. I moved back to Italy from Denver,Colorado this past May. When planning the move I was so scared that I wouldn’t find a way to bring my large anxious dog with me until I found out about K9jets. When they told me that they were going to add Milan to their destinations I was so relieved and happy.We are not a wealthy family so the cost of the travel was not exactly on our budget but we had time to save and everybody in my family helped. Adam answered my emails promptly and despite my anxieties about the flight he was always kind.We left from Teterboro where everybody was nice and helpful,Marek slept during most of it and he is enjoying his new life in Italy. We will always be thankful to k9jets to make this happen!
