My dog's move from the US to the UK went so smoothly because of K9 Jets! If your experience is like mine, you will have little contact with them after booking until about a week prior to your flight. Don't panic.
They create a seating chart that accommodates the size and temperament of the animals. Day of, you have a meet and greet with the other animals. Things go smoothly from there!
Flying your animals in-cabin is expensive, but was worth it for my family. If I ever needed to move my dog again (hopefully not!), I would book with them again without hesitation.
Also, I recommend using the paperwork company K9 Jets recommends (Pawsitive Pet Health Certificates). Together, my dog had no issues and is now with me, safe and sound in the UK!
