NEVER USE THEM !! Our flight with Iberia was cancelled and justly would not give us the credit although Iberia told us the agency should refund us. Over an hour wait time on phone !!my friend who was on my flight bought his ticket on Expedia and immediately got refunded for the cancelled flight
about a month before my departure date my one of my flights were canceled , i was placed on an other flight which did not work for with a 6 hour layover , immediately i contacted the airline they told me i have to reach out to the booking agent to request the cancelation and refund. so i called justfly and after waiting for close to 2 hours i got an agent on the phone which told me he has to transfer me so i waited an other hour and now the new agent told me he will be submitting the request for me a week later i reached out to them again being that have have not received any response yet , and again had to wait for hours to reach a live agent now the new agent told me that they cannot help me i have to talk to the airline after talking to the airline they promised me i'm approved for the refund but the request for that has to come from Justfly , so called back Justfly and of course again waited for hours the agent informed me that they have reached the max they can do for me and cannot help me iave to call back the airline, it has been already 5 weeks since my initial contact to Justfly and have spent many many hours on hold trying to get this solved the staff at justfly are simply not willing to help being very rude , unprofessional ,

I would give them a 0, no customer service and they are not helping you with any issues. Westjet is charging $100 to change a name and they are asking for $319, My father is ill and can not fly and they are not willing to divide a group of 4. Only advising that i can cancel all 4 tickets and get a penalty of $200 per passanger and airline penalty is $703. Basically penalty of $1500 which is the cost of 2 tickets.

They try to rob you with every move you try to do, they wont let you cancel or get credit for a partial of the ticket purchase. They are forcing you to cancel the whole thing that they can steal your money. Customer service does not exist as you need to talk to Mila an AI agent that is completely ridiculous.

rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was too upsetting not to share.
I booked through JustFly and later needed to change my flight due to my sister’s funeral—obviously not something anyone plans for. When I went to make the change, I was charged over $600, which was more than the original cost of the ticket.
What made it worse was the complete lack of flexibility or compassion given the situation. I understand policies exist, but charging more than the original fare for a change in the case of a family emergency felt excessive and unfair.
This experience left a very bad impression, and I will not be using JustFly again. I strongly recommend others read the fine print carefully before booking, especially if there’s any chance your plans might
I had the worst experience with justfly. It took hours of waiting to get ahold of someone. I spent 4 hours on hold one day, waited 2 hours another day, an hour another day, and finally 4 hours another day to finally get ahold of someone. When I did get ahold of someone they were absolutely no help. They kept putting me on hold for multiple minutes at a time, and when they came back they would tell me only a few more minutes. This call went on for over two hours! My flight was cancelled and they moved to another flight that I could not catch and would only refund me part of what I paid. I will never be using justfly again. I have had the worst experience with them. Their customer support/help was terrible!
No costumer service
DO NOT BOOK *******@justfly! 🚩 Worst customer service ever. There is NO ONE to talk to, just bots and lies. They are refusing to process a refund for a *******@qatarairways flight (PNR: CPHZBC) despite the airline's policy. Total nightmare. Save your money and stay away! 🤮
I wasn't seeking a refund, just a possible travel credit, due to a relative being declared unable to travel medically. They had been the ones to suggest the idea of a travel credit or voucher, but then they did a 180 a few minutes later and said I would no longer have those as options. I tend to book lots of flights each year for employees, friends and relatives. None will done through Justfly.
Very poor customer service
Customer service confirmed ticket was open for a year AI stated ticket is not good and unable to get any one to resolved issue x 2 days. Just realized all they do is send secure link without the open ticket
We paid for a round trip, and on the return journey they didn't have our tickets. They left us stranded in another country, without any explanation or assistance. They haven't refunded our money, and we had to buy new tickets. I don't recommend them; they are completely unreliable. In the end, it cost us much more.
Worst experience ever
JustFly is, without exaggeration, the worst travel company I have ever encountered. There is no real customer support, only an endless chatbot loop, and when you need help, you get absolutely nothing.
Unreliable, frustrating, and completely untrustworthy.
Do yourself a favor and avoid JustFly at all costs.

Scam: They hit you with endless fees
The entire experience was terrible. They constantly added hidden fees, making it feel like a scam. I was charged $88 for a booking fee to select a seat on top of paying to select a seat. Upgrading to a flight with baggage was $222 per person, far more expensive than booking directly with the airline for the same upgrade. When I realized what scam it was I wanted to cancel the flight within 24h but there was another $75 fee per person to cancel within 24 hours, even though the airline wouldn’t charge for that. Wait times were over hour just to chat with someone. While the upfront price might seem lower, they will charge unreasonable fees for everything. I now have to pay $330 per bag for three people—absolutely unacceptable. Avoid at all costs. These practices should be illegal.

This is the worst experience I’ve ever had with traveling. Just fly reserved my name for a ticket but never completed the ticketing and I was left with NO explanation in Dublin, Ireland from the USA. This is a scam!!! I bought a non refundable ticket so they told me it’s nothing that could be done but buy another one. If I missed my flight due to whatever reason of myself…It’s my fault and I would accept that. If the airline makes an error I would take it up with them. However, this was blatant negligence on the part of JustFly. The airline showed me me and my wife’s name on the screen with NO confirmed TICKETING. It’s as if JustFly reserved our spot but never completed or paid. On one computer the tickets were cancelled. When a called I got an AI assistant “Mila” that was no help at all and later when I finally got in contact with a live agent they put me on hold for over 2 hours. Now I’m in another nation, on a call that I’m being charged by the minute and I told them that. They didn’t care or even help. Avoid JustFly at all cost. It is a scam!!!
