Justfly Nightmare
I bought my round trip tickets to Brazil in June in order to get a good deal. After sometime I started getting emails saying that there was a change in my itinerary. I tried many times to contact Justfly customer service and only got the virtual assistant. I asked to have the new itinerary emailed to me and received the same itinerary. When I tried to book the seats in the airline app I found out I had an impossible itinerary, the flight from Fort Lauderdale to São Paulo left before the flight from Boston to Fort Lauderdale.
Then my nightmare began.
After 40 minutes wait I could talk to a real person.
The first thing they offer is to cancel the flights and give you a refund, but I refused that because the price would be at least double.
I spent almost two days on the phone with different attendants, because the line always went dead after an hour or so but I insisted in calling back and just waiting for a person to pick up.
On the second day no matter how long I waited nobody picked up my calls so I had to cancel the flights and buy another ones for double of the price.
It’s been 11 days and I still haven’t got any refunds.
Avoid at all costs! Was told a flight was cancelled when it wasn't
I am extremely disappointed with ITA Airways and JustFly regarding my recent booking. On November 12,2025, JustFly told me via email and live chat that one of my flights was cancelled. After 4 hours of messaging the only option was to request a refund.
I contacted them two days later (Nov 14) for an update and was only told the refund was pending.
Today I was told the refund had been denied since the flight is not cancelled. I did not receive communication about this and was not informed that the flight had been reinstated under a new number.
This miscommunication last week forced me to purchase alternative flights at my own expense, causing significant inconvenience to my travel plans.
JustFly is refusing to provide any support and I have only had a horrible experience with them.
I have screen recordings of the live chat showing I was explicitly told the flight was cancelled. I hope this post encourages others to not purchase with JustFly and ITA Airways

Title: AVOID JustFly — Deceptive fees cost me $725
I booked a flight to Cali, Colombia through JustFly and purchased travel insurance. When I changed my travel date to December 1, JustFly charged a $150 fee and an additional $518 — fees that were never disclosed up front. The new flight was priced lower than my original ticket, yet I lost the full $725. Customer service is impossible to reach by phone; after payment you’re routed to an AI text bot that provides no resolution. I would never recommend JustFly. Book directly with airlines — don’t risk being hit with hidden, deceptive fees.
They took my money for a round trip. The airline had no record of a round trip. I could not get a live person at just fly and couldn’t get it fixed or a refund. The airline refunded me for the first part of the trip but had no record of the second part so I lost about $100 after hours of work. They stink.
am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent purchase of a premium economy ticket (purchased yesterday at 5 PM PCT) for a flight from Helsinki to Los Angeles. The ticket, which was quite expensive, did not include a seat assignment despite the completion of the transaction and the charge to my credit card.
Following the purchase, I contacted both Finnair and British Airways customer service, who informed me that the ticket had not yet been issued and that I needed to contact JustFly to complete the process or risk being assigned a seat only at check-in. This is unacceptable, particularly given the 11-hour flight duration and my preference for an aisle seat.
My subsequent attempts to resolve this issue with JustFly have been equally frustrating. After a lengthy chat this morning, I was initially told to wait three to four days for the ticketing process to be completed. When I then requested a cancellation, I was informed by a JustFly representative (Mila) that a $75 processing fee would apply. Given that I initiated the cancellation request within 24 hours of purchase, I believe this fee is unwarranted. Furthermore, my request for a direct contact number for customer service support was met with an inability to provide such information.
My subsequent calls to the JustFly 1-800 number resulted in being routed back to the same virtual assistant (Mila) despite my request to speak with a live agent. After a 30-minute hold, I received no resolution. The suggestion to book a new flight and then call back to cancel the original booking with its associated $75 fee is frankly unacceptable and demonstrates a lack of customer service proficiency.
Due to this consistently poor service, I will not be using JustFly for future travel arrangements. I request a full refund of the ticket cost, excluding any unjustified processing fees. I look forward to your prompt response and resolution to this matter.

customer support is a nightmare—you’ll be left completely on your own. Speaking to a human is nearly impossible, and they refuse to take responsibility for their mistakes. Their errors cost me USD 400 and countless hours on the phone. Save yourself the frustration and stay away.

As a frequent traveler who has managed hundreds of airline reservations across multiple platforms, both official and online agencies, I feel it's important to share an experience that completely breaks with current industry standards. I made an international reservation through JustFly to fly with GOL Linhas Aéreas. Within minutes, I received the confirmation email, but more than 24 hours have passed and I still haven't received the e-ticket, nor does the reservation appear on the airline's website. This isn't an isolated case: the platform itself admits that issuance can take up to 4 days, which is unacceptable in an environment where automated issuance and real-time confirmation are the norm. At any other reputable agency, the e-ticket is generated in less than 5 minutes, even on international routes. Here, the process lacks traceability and transparency. Customer service responds cordially, but doesn't offer a real solution or provide insight into the exact stage of the ticket process. Most worrying is that if the customer decides to cancel due to the uncertainty generated by this delay, JustFly charges a penalty of $75 USD per passenger, under the concept of "refund management," even though the issuance has not yet been completed and the problem is not the customer's responsibility. This charge, in this context, is completely unjustified and represents an unethical practice. In short, although they may offer attractive prices, the operational risk and lack of immediate guarantees make JustFly an undesirable option for those who value security, agility, and reliability in their air bookings.

I tried to purchase a fly ticket in justfly. I found a good price but wanted to ad luggage so I called the main number an operator found the fly and told me that the price was double they try to scam you, don't honor what they are selling in their website on top while I was explaining she hung up the call, so unprofessional and rude.
I booked a round-trip flight for 7.19.25 from Orlando to Geneva, Switzerland. My " emergency expedited" passport on 7.18.25 as I was assured it would arrive. JUSTFLY quoted me over $6000 to reschedule & No Refund to cancel. They offered to book another flight prior to takeoff time of original departure flight for additional fees. NOT feasible & not reasonable. I am out of $ 1,066.46!!
Biggest Crooks EVER
Had a special trip planned for my family to Phuket Thailand for our 25th wedding anniversary. 4 days before our departure, my wife's mother went into hospice care as Alzheimer's was eating her alive. I called justfly and they told me I needed a letter from his doctors. No problem, that is exactly what I did but Justfly would not accept it. Are you kidding me? They then tell me that I need to contact Qatar Airways, the airlines that they booked me though. Qatar told me that since I purchased through Justfly, I have to go through them. Now, just fly wants to charge me 1700. 00 in fees. No way I will pay that. I sent letters to our Attorney General and also have an attorney. Will not give up on this as all I want is a credit to fly in March.

A Disappointing Experience with JustFly.com and Useless Generali Insurance
I am writing this review to warn others to never take their useless Generali Travel Insurance. I have booked with Justfly many times but never taken the insurance. I was supposed to fly back from Pakistan to Seattle and India started bombing Pakistan. Obviously the air traffic was closed down. I booked a flight hoping that things would be resolved but had to cancel a day before since there were no flights leaving. I took insurance just in case for my $1,500 ticket. Now they are saying I have been refused the refund as it was not a trip interruption. Reason for refusal - I cancelled before the flight - How can my trip be interrupted if it never took off. This is absurd and a way of scamming people.
Also you can never get a hold of anyone once you have booked your ticket. The people who are ever so helpful while booking dissappear right after you have paid.
I am really disspointed and will think again to book on Justfly.
