Quick work unblocking waste pipe
Phoned Colin out of blue as whole bathroom was blocked and waste toilet water backing up into the bath tub due to blocked waste pipe - bit of an emergency situation with kids due back from school and no toilet facilities and other traders not able to come out. Colin was with us within a couple of hours, swiftly identified the problem and fixed it within about 45 minutes with minimal disruption and mess, at a very good price. Very impressed and very much saved our week / evening - thanks Colin!

Junior fitted a new boiler and did a great job so we had him back to complete our gas safety check as our landlady also was impressed with his prices and work quality. He was friendly, polite, and offered great communication skills. He was safety cautious, ensured he checked his work carefully and explained every step of the process so I felt confident and reassured in his work ethic and responsibility. I trust his skill set and interest in providing a good service and even recommended him to my neighbour. We will have Junior back to fit a water filter.

Boiler fitting - Great job
Junior fit a new boiler & thermostat for us, communicated well, landlady rebooked him to perform gas safety check as she was impressed with his prices and work quality. I referred Junior to our neighbour as I found him polite, helpful, responsible, a great communicator and safety aware. We plan to having Junior as our go-to-guy for plumbing & boiler related work.

A leak in our mains water supply necessitated complete new piping from the road back to the house. Colin took time to investigate and explain the options and approaches available to us. Having selected one, he and his team turned up when promised and stayed a longer than expected 10 hours to complete the job to his exacting standards. Overall excellent attitude and reliability.

Colin responded to my query quickly and arrived on time as promised. He swiftly found the problem with the blockage and able to use the drain snake to clear it. It was quite deep. He was very sociable, friendly, and the price is very decent. Will definitely look for Colin for any future work.

New Boiler, New Valves, Bath inspection (N11)
I had Juniors Plumbing, Drainage and Heating come in to set up a new boiler and a new set of valves for the radiator in my bathroom. Super quick, super tiday, really friendly and no nonsense. No messing around. They even checked out under my bath for me when they saw something wrong with it. Highly recommended

Replacement of a bath mixer tap and shower (N20)
Colin from the company came over. I had already bought the mixer tap and shower rail but Colin advised me that the mixer tap I had purchased already contained a shower holder. He said that I could return the extra holder for a refund. He completed the job, put extra sealant under the bath around the new tap to prevent water from leaking underneath. He checked to make sure there was no water leaking after replacing the new tap, and replaced the bath panel. Very pleasant and personable man and charged a reasonable amount for the job. Would recommend this company for plumbing work.

Colin is very experienced in his profession.During the service he pointed out that the gas meter outside is rusted along the seals and recommended that I contact my supplier with the view of getting the meter changed as potentially the seal could open up. I did as he advised any I have a date from my supplier to renew my meter. This issue has never been raised by other plumbers whom I have employed yearly for gas service. Well done to Colin, and I am truly grateful for his due diligence

To mend a leaking toilet that resulted in water coming through the ceiling of room below (N14)
